Hi all beware of fraud. I have invested in expat in zenith project in bangalore. At the time of initial days they use to make fields visits and sending their executive door to door for collecting down-payment after all payments is done now they are fooling customer and delaying in registration process. Please don't invested your hard earned money with them. And also without customer consent they have changed the spoc from bangalore office to mumbai office. I am going to take legal action against them and employee of bangalore office
