I have invested in taloja project along with few other cousins which belongs to expat properties india pvt ltd. They have offered an investor offer to the customers in feb 2014. I was a part of this and have invested for 2 bedroom apartment which they had promised to deliver to us by december 2017 or after extension period of six month which should end in june 2018.
Also, it is mentioned in the contract if they do not fullfill to complete the project in given period of time they will pay us penalty of 12% interest and return the amount if given in written request along with the capital amount invested within 90 days from date of request.
But, currently when we did contact them for withdrawal of our investment, they replied us saying we do not have money and we cannot refund you the amount within 90 days. They are saying us we need 1 year to refund the amount. Also, they are insisting us to continue with the investment and still promising us to complete in further 3-4 years. The current situation of the project is they did not even get the approvals yet for the project.
Anyhow, i need to withdraw my amount. Please assist. Was this information helpful? |
