Expat has committed to start mystic hills-2 registration in the month of oct. 2019. This is not a first commitment date given, they are repeatedly extending registration date. Now no one is taking responsibility. No responsible person is available at office.
Mr. Berlyn d'soza contact no. Has given but it is switched off from long tome.
Need to put a fir against expat.
I think, it's a scam.

Afetr complaint, EXPACT REP. CALLED AND GIVEN SAME EXCUSES AND STILL THERE IS NO POSITIVE STEPS HAVE NOT TAKEN. NOW, THEIR MUMBAI OFFICE CALL INCOMING FACILITY HAS BEEN STOPPED. NEED TO TAKE STRICT ACTION.

Updated by Yogesh Randive I HAVE INVESTED IN EXPACT IN DEC. 2015 FOR MYSTIC HILLS-2 AND HANDOVER COMMITMENT WAS MID 2018. BUT STILL THERE IS NO POSITIVE MOVEMENT / RESPONSE FROM EXPACT TEAM.NOW EXPACT MUMBAI OFFICE INCOMING CALL IS STOPPED AND ABSOLUTE NO TRACE OF EXPACT.
EXPACT HAS NOT EVEN CURTSY TO CALL CUSTOMERS AND UPDATE THE STATUS. IT IS JUST LIKE WE ARE FOOL AND GIVEN MONEY TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS WITH OUT ANY RETURNS.
EXPACT AUTHORITIES LIKE BARLYN D'SOUZA, CHAYA MAM IS UNTRACEABLE.

ALL INVESTOR NEED TO COME TOGETHER AND NEED TO TAKE FIRM ACTION AGAINST EXPACT.

We booked plot through expat in malewad Sindhudurg in 2015. Paid all installments through bank. Registration was to take place in june 2019. Now all excuses are given and phone call not taken. Look into the matter and solve the problem

I HAVE INVESTED IN EXPACT IN JUN. 2013 FOR MAHAD PUNE - SUBHA -II AND WITH MY 4 OTHER FRIENDS ALSO EXPAT COMMITMENT WAS MID 2018. BUT STILL THERE IS NO POSITIVE MOVEMENT / RESPONSE FROM EXPACT TEAM.NOW EXPACT MUMBAI AND PUNE OFFICE INCOMING CALL IS STOPPED AND AFTER SOME WEEK OFFIES REMAING CLOSED ALL ARE RUN AWAY ABSOLUTE NO TRACE OF EXPACT.

All Websites of Expat Propertires are showing errors. They have moved to M/s. Evalia Projects & Developers Pvt. Ltd. to M/s. Empire Realty.
All false hopes by the management and no way to contact them other than this Email ID adul
