[Resolved] Expat Properties — non registration of land agreement / no refund of money | |
I too have invested in six plots of Expat properties Lonare Project in Maharashtra 5 years back and more than 70% of the money has been paid. They are supposed to sign an agreement with me for this deal but they are not heeding to my repeated requests. My retirement savings are stuck and am not getting either land or money back. I suggest we should form an Investor Forum and file joint complaint with SEBI, RBI and Writs in High Court against errant Company officials.
