Expat Properties — park view project in roha

Me and my 9 friends and family members have invested in the above project almost 6-7 years back and have paid the entire amount as per the agreement but the registration and handover of our plots is still pending. There is no response from expat to our emails and calls in last couple of years. All the commitments made by their executives have not been honored. Now they have stopped answering our phone calls at their office.

We feel cheated and need early resolution failing which we will be pained to approach the appropriate legal authorities for civil and criminal remedies to recover our hard earned money or plots. We will also appeal to other aggrieved customers to join us in such complaints.
