I would like to inform you that i had purchased this property at mahad - plot no.44 (Chimbhave) (Ananya) project in 2008.
We were given to understand that in 5 years there would be demarcation of our plots, roads would be constructed and water & electricity will be given at one centre point on the plot. The agricultural status of the plot would be changed to
Na as development of the area would take place and would incure a small amount towards this change.
It has been 10+ years since we started our journey with your company and to our surprise nothing has been done.
When over the telephone conversation we were given various exit options of which we have taken the exit clause quoted below.
"
· exit option : if the clients take the option to back out from the land investment of ananya and chanasya then we would be calculating a simple interest compensation of 12 % per annum from the first date of payout made to till date.
Its been 10 long years and i have not received any compensation or refund, there are no emails nor phone calls providing current status of the said property.
Every time we make phone calls to expat office we have to go back to 2008 explaining the entire purchase history, at the end its not resolved, the staff keep changing and then there is no follow up.
I am seeking for full 100% compensation till date.
