Bangalore registered, expat properties developers had offices in muscat oman. Company agent siddhimon & lloyd rebello advised me to invest in land sold by expat in border district of sindhudurg in south maharashtra, near to proposed new airport mopa in goa.
I paid rs.1.5 lac indian rupees for initial booking in local currency of omani rials for 1 plot of half acre in carnival project near malewad village in sawantwadi taluka, 1 plot of half acre in harmony 2 near village kalane, and 1 plot of 5000sqft in paradise city near village dingne in dodamarg taluka.
As per payment receipts & schedule mentioned in the token receipt agreements, which are done on 100 ruppees franked karnataka state revenue legal papers, signed by expat employees, me & my wife, (Dr. Mrs. Rajkunwar sanjaykumar nikam), we paid all equated monthly instalments from our hdfc nre bank a/c[protected], shivajinagar branch, to axis bank account [protected], m. G. Road branch of expat in bangalore.
Land sale deed of above 3 plots was assured in july 2019, including grace period of 06 months in token receipt agreements failing which expat will refund with 12% interest within 90 days of notice from us.
Now, there is no response at all, no land sale deed, as expat is not owning any land in these 3 villages of sindhudurg district of south maharashtra, nor cash refund as the money is siphoned by expat directors & employees for their personal gains. Was this information helpful? |
