Expat Properties — saswad land - expat properties

My family & i have invested in 6 ac. Res of land at expat's saswad project. I have been writing to their gm berlyn d;sousa & he's been promising us of a revert with a status update fr this project since oct '18 or earlier. This land should hv been in our possesion by now, its already over a year delayed. Berlyn has no shame in giving me one deadline after another, or simply not reverting to my emails. I deal in real estate myself and such a team would never last with me! I've invested in other expat projects & face a similar issue with another project also. Totally unprofessional. No wonder expat has such low customer satisfaction ratings of 8% (My company has an 82% rating fyi).
