I am Ramesh Bhosale from Mumbai. We, a group of 8 persons invested money in their project Park View, Roha and Greenfields, Roha in Jan. 2012. Till date no possession, no refund of money- only giving false assurances. As this is a case of 'MONEY LAUNDERING' and a big SCAM & FRAUD involving cheating of the innocent investors of the amount of around Rs.1000 crores, we are going to file a Writ Petition in the Bombay High Court to seek direction for investigation of the case by the Enforcement Directorate ( The E.D. ), the C.B.I. and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office ( SFIO ).
