expedia charged my credit card for London Tenerife London ticket for my self and son and later they realised that they cannot issue the ticket due to interline agreement between British Airways and Air Berlin. When they were asked to refund the amount they agreed to cancel and refund london Tenerife leg of the ticket. Due to this goo[censored]p I had to make changes to my Mumbai London Mumbai flight as well. I repeatedly told them that since its their fault i would want a full refund of the whole London Tenerife London ticket as I will not be able to make use of the Tenerife London sector as I have changed my travel plan itself. I have being speaking to various agents (Deepak / Anand Saurabh / Pulkit) and they all have being putting me on hold for 30 - 40 mintues without any revert. Hope you will be able to help me out. Also kindly do not publish this mail and I am hoping that this mail and my coordinates will not be picked up in google search engine.. Thanks ! SNB
