My brother had applied for pan card, but the company expressit courier had delivered this on wrong address.when I am trying to contact with them just they are giving me TAT, but I am not getting any result.Even I had complaint to their head office mumbai, but still result is zero.plz do me fever ASAP.

Non Delivery of PAN CARD
Sir,
I, Manoj Sharma, S/o Shri Om Prakash Sharma, R/o E-8/426, Nehru Vihar, Delhi-110094, has applied for New PAN Card, alongwith Photocopy of My VOTER IDENTITY CARD (Bearing No.XCN0789495- having Address:426, Gali No.8, E-I Block, Nehru Vihar, Delhi-110094.) thorough NSDL, As per NSDL Status Record my PAN Card has been dispatched on 13/07/2010 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd, courier Vide Airway bill No.[protected]. The abovesaid Courier Company is now claiming on 22/07/2010, that the My PAN Card could not be delivered due to improper Address, will anybody tell me, what should be the better proof of Address to convince the company that I have been getting all my deliveries on above said address without anydoubt since last 10 years.

Now this company is claiming that it is improper address in its tracking site.

I have provided them with all my Address proof and along with it I have provided them with My Contact No. [protected], for any confusion, But still their is no result from their end.

Please take proper action to ensure delivery of My New PAN Card on my above given address.

I had applied for New Pan Card and NSDL (Pan Card Provider) given my Pan Card for Deliver to me to Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. on 14-July-2010, but they did not gave it to me and on 21-July-2010, they are saying I am not residing at my house or my address is wrong.
But my Mobile No. was also given on Pan Card Envelope.

So I am facing problems it was a necessary document for me.

I HAD A COURIER FROM INDIABULLS SECURITIES SENT THROUGH EXPRESS IT COURIER WHICH I HAD NOT RECEIVED YET AND WHENEVER I AM CALLING ON THE PHONE NUMBERS GIVEN ON WEBSITE THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE. THE PHONE NOS. ARE [protected] , [protected](MANAGER) , 30672914 ,30672917 ,30672909 ,30672910.

PLEASE AVOID SENDING COURIERS THROUGH EXPRESSIT. THE COMPANIES ARE HAVING CORPORATE DEALS WITH THE COURIER AGENCY BUT THEY ARE NOT THINKING OF THE PROBLEM CAUSED TO THE CUSTOMERS IN RECEIVING THE COURIER FROM THESE FRAUD COURIRWALAS.

Pan Card NOt received
Although my PAN card was dispatched on 8 Jun 2010, it is yet to be received.
My PAN no is CTXPS2171N

The tin website says it was dispatched by POST.
All my colleagues have received by Courier.
In this day and age, why are they sending by POST, that too, to few unfortunate people.

I called at their help-desk, They have "set" it to busy, have sent them emails, no use.

Somebody pls help me as what to do to obtain the card

More care less ness thing is like their people are telling that they do not know about this and behaving rudly.


It is carrying my PAN card and I would have to collect my Penssion from SBI bank, I am a retired bank officer from SBI.

WORST COURIER service by Express it Kochi

This is to express my strong disgust at the pathetic service provided by your COCHIN branch. My consignment containing my PAN CARD, reached COCHIN on 12/04/2010 at 11.02 am through ExpressIT courier.
I never got any call from you mentioning about the arrival of the consignment.
After I called to your Kochi office on 17/04/10, I was told that the consignment would be delivered on 18th. I have made atleast 15 calls to your COCHIN & MUMBAI office regarding the same. It is shocking that there has not been even a single call from your side.
The consignment has not been delivered till date. I have got atleast 7 delivery commitments from you that it would be delivered at so and so time. But the same has never happened. Your office is hardly 2-3kms from the delivery address. Does it take 8 days to make a local delivery??? If yes, then what kind of a service are you boasting about on your website.
A customer care which has not even bothered to call me even once during the entire course of events and you talk about 360" customer logistics management.
Staff at the Cochin office questioned me as to why am I complaining when they have never called informing me about the arrival of my consignment. I hope they know that customers, today, are well informed to track their consignments online.
This is undoubtedly the worst courier service I have encountered. How can you be so insensitive to a customers requirements? Atleast have the courtesy to talk politely to your customers and inform them timely about the status instead of arguing on baseless grounds.

I have been expecting a courier through Express-It (AWB# [protected]). They attempted delivery at the wrong address and marked it as exception in their system. They are not attempting redelivery and also not responding to calls now. All their number mentioned on the website are dead; (Pune Customer Support Tel :[protected]/32315025/32313434/[protected].

The parcel has my bank documents and I am increasingly worried about it safety and delivery. ExpressIt people are very irresponsible with the parcel and their deliveries and I want to warn anyone using their service.

I want to lodge a complaint against this careless service and want to know the status of my parcel. Please look into this urgently.

I had applied for new permanent account No to NSDL & the NSDL send me the PAN card by your company but I had not received my pan card when I make search for my pan card I had received following massage Your PAN card has been delivered on 18-Jan-2010 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. I applied for PAN card and i received a message that my pan card is despatched on 20-jan-2010 by Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd .vide airway bill no:[protected], but till now am not received it.i checked online status in(https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/servlet/PanStatusTrack),(http://www.expressit.in...⇄ first they put status as pan card is despatched on 20-jan-2010, and they changed the status date as follows( 20-jan-2010 to 25-jan-2010,29-jan-2010,02-feb-2010,04-feb-2010) it seems they are not delivering the courier in time.now am in need of my PAN card urgently for some formalities in my workplace. so,i request you to take action
and ordered them to despatch it soon.

My credit card was despatched by Kotak Mahindra Bankl Ltd. on 18.01.2010 through Express IT Logistics Worldwide Ltd. vide their consignment note no AWB [protected] dated 18.01.2010 to my Pune Address: Flat no13, ARUN PARK, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital Road, Dutta Nagar, Thergaon, Pune-411033 :Mobile no. [protected] Ph. no. : [protected] with assurance that the parcel will reach me within 4 days. Since last six days ,after expiry of 5 days from dispatch, I am trying to contact the Pune office of courier company. Their pune office has given the contact no. of Their Jagtap Dairy office and Jagtap Dairy office has given the Contact no of their Pimri office, but Pimpri office is not picking up Phones. Even in internet the complete address of their Pimpri Office is not given and given phone nos are not working. My parcel is lost and not traceable. Now I have no choice, but to rquest Kotak Mahindra Bank to deactivate my credit card and process fresh issue which will take 2 weeks. Such poor response I experienced for the first time in my life from a Courier Company having no responsibility

i have not been given any intimation by the courier company namely expressit courier. i have having waiting for my courier since last three days but no initimation from the named company.

they do not under the urgency of customer and as per the other customer complaints against the said company i have seen the fact mentioned is true.

their status for my address shows as incorrect but goverment posts have been coming to my given address.

they are worst than any nothing on earth. if we customers are trying to contact them there is no one to take our call. if this is you call customer service any they should change it to some thing which really defines what they provide.

I recieved an urgent courier from Kotak Bank and the Courier company incharge (Keshav - [protected]) returned it bank to the bank saying I was not available at home. However I had spoken to the gentleman 3 times through the day and asked him to call before delivery or give us a proper time during the day for the delivery

This kind of sub standard courier companies should never be used especially by reputed banks like Kotak.
