Ezee Deals — jbl bluetooth speaker + tws mini earbuds

At the outset, i would like to mention that experience on online transaction with ezee deals for purchase of bluetooth speakers is the worst till date compared with other e-commerce sites. Whereas i express my gratitude to the ezee deals team for teaching me a lesson worth enough to not to trust the sites specially ezee deals.

An advertisement was flashed on my facebook page, detailing a combo offer "buy jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker + tws mini earpode" only @ rs1, 439/- and the details of product specify it to be a "jbl" product. Trusting on the vendor site namely "ezee deals", i made the purchase through online-netbanking payment mode.

The parcel was delivered on 30.06.2019 and upon inspecting the contents of the packet, i noticed that i have been cheated by the ezee deals e-commerce site in association with the vendor namely m/s vansh gadgets, okhla industrial area, new delhi - 110020 customer care: [protected] since the speakers and earpod were unbranded/counterfeit without any warranty card also.

It is imperative to mention that the product delivered was absolutely different from the product offered and for which the payment was made. I would like to specify and highlight the following:

1. That the product delivered by the e-commerce site/vendor is absolutely different from the product offered as per the advertisement for which the undersigned made the payment.

2. The product delivered was not of "jbl" and "tws" company whereas the advertisement specified the said companies.

3. No warranty card or invoice was given to the customer.

4. The details of the vendor mentioned on the packing is also not complete and also does not specify the gst registration no. Etc.

Further, the undersigned, upon receipt of the unbranded/counterfeit product, made several attempts to contact the customer-care of m/s ezee deals on [protected] and m/s vansh gadgets on [protected] and found that the e-commerce site number is connected to a computerized record which does not process any complaints etc. And in-turn only disconnects the calls. The customer care no. Of the vendor m/s vansh gadgets was a non-operational number. Thereafter the undersigned was forced and compelled to raise the complaint vide this instant email.

A. Screen-shot of advertisement
B. Screen shot of product displayed as per the advertisement
C. Payment proof
D. Copy of delivery receipt as pasted on the consignment delivered to the undersigned customer.

Other text messages received by the customer w. R. T. The transaction under question are also reproduced hereunder:

A. Text message from hp-prklzh dated 30.06.2019 at 2:32 pm "hi vikram kakar, your shipment with courier partner pickrr is out_for_delivery. The invoice value 1439.2."

B. Text message from hp-ipickr dated 29.06.2019 at 11:45 pm "dear vikram kakar, your parcel from e-commerce store has been dispatched by weshyp_delhivery_air_express with tracking id #[protected]. You can track your shipment via http://www.pickrr.com/tracking/#?tracking_id=[protected]"

C. Text message from hp-ipickr dated 30.06.2019 at 2:07 pm "your parcel from e-commerce store is out for delivery from june 30, 19, 12:18 via weshyp_delhivery_air_express. You can track your shipment via http://www.pickrr.com/tracking/#?tracking_id=[protected]. For any query, you can ping pickrr at [protected]@pickrr.com"

D. Text message from im-dlhvry dated 30.06.2019 at 12:18 pm "your weshyp package with awb[protected] will be delivered today."

In view of the above, it is requested that the product specified as the advertisement may please be delivered to the customer for which the payment has been made. The unbranded/counterfeit product delivered on 30.06.2019 may please collected from the customer in an unused and unaltered condition.

Failing the above, the undersigned will be forced and compelled to take legal action against the e-commerce site m/s ezee deals in association with the vendor namely m/s vansh gadgets and seek legal remedy before the following forums

A. Hon'ble consumer dispute resolution forum for unfair trade practices
B. Hon'ble gst superintendent for making sales without raising/issuing invoice to the customer
C. Any other forum to report the unfair practice undertaken by the e-commerce site/portal and the vendor.

Wrong product delivered.
I have just buy s3 smartwatch (1599-/)and i haven’t received any date of my order that i suppose to wait for my courier.(s3 smartwatch)
Just a order confirmation mail have received so for n payment (1599/-)mail. Nothing else.
Please let me know the date of your delivery.
