Ezee Deals — received fake products, cheated me, not receiving phone.

I ordered jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker and tws mini earpod free with it (Eze000195). I paid by paytm.

But i received a cracked, unnamed, very poor quality speakers.
And there is no mini earpods sent to me.

The product is poor in quality and waste of money. The website and mobile app is fraud. The company is not answering the call or email

Which was offered me @ rs. 1439, my payment mode is online through paytm. But when i received the parcel, i was shocked to see the fake speaker, without tws ear pod. They are openly cheating public.

I request you to take action against this fraud company as well as against paytm, dtdc courier etc those who are supporting them.
