I have ordered for jbl bluetooth speaker along with free earpods and got duplicate speaker and there are no earpods

The product which was mentioned in the site was mi3 band but it is M3 band which is local company and it is used nd has scratches on its display.. Its so cheap...i want my money badi or else i will book this site as a fraud site.. Serious action will be taken from my side.
I was recevied the order but that is wrong product delivered by ezeedeals.
