Ezeedeals — wrong product delivered | |||||
I saw an advertisement on facebook of jbl flip 3 which was available at just rs.1439 om ezeedeals and i ordered the as prepayment. I had ordered that product on22/07/2019 at 3.52pm. My order was delivered to me on 26/07/2019 at 11.25am. When i opened that box i found the wrong product which is portable wireless speakers, which is available on other shopping sites at hardly rs. 450. I tried the customer care number of ezeedeals but that is not reachable. I have also sent mail to them regarding it. I ordered flip 3 JBL speaker with TWS earpods. But i received some local brand speaker without name and damaged local ear bud. My order id is [protected]. I need refund for this order... When i try to call customer care, they cut the call in single ring
