[Resolved] Ezone — A/C & water filter | |||
Last year purchased Whirpool 3D 1.5 ton A/C from Ezone in Homeland, Bhowanipore. Delivered on time, installed on time by very competent engineers. Runs extremely well. Service superb. Last week purchased Aquaguard water filter. Delivered on time, installed on time BUT when checked for operation the internal pump burnt out. Aqua engineer said we would have to lodge a complaint, senior management would check m/c to decide whether to repair or replace. We told him we wanted new m/c since this did not work at all. Timeline for all this 5 days. Too long. Called Ezone next day, they said "No Problem" bring m/c back to shop and they would replace it immediately with a different m/c or same model. We took it back yesterday & changed it. Ezone at Bhowanipore very professional, very polite, nothing is too much trouble, total customer service and satisfaction. Thank you everyone at Ezone.
