[Resolved] Ezone — Not received the Order ( Ezone -Koramangala- Bangalore) | |||
Hi, I have ordered and Whirlpool fridge on 31st of august and the store manager had promised me to deliver within a week of time. I bought this fridge on exchange on my old fridge. Persons from ezone visited our house to take the old fridge (2nd of September) and they promised they will deliver the new fridge on 3rd. Till date i have not received the new one and also i requested them if it is getting late to deliver, at least to return my old fridge till that time. The store manager is not responding to it . The Complaint has been addressed and Closing the same, I believe from next time we will not see any such mistakes happenings from the vendor. customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
