[Resolved] Ezone — sumsung mobile camera failed problem | |||
Dear sir i sanjeev kumar jaiswar purchase samsung mobile on dated 16th november 2014 found problem camera failed after 5th days from purchasing after that i go to samsung authorised service centre vashi omkar electronics to clear the same they deposite my mobile and will say come back after 3 days when i collect my mobile its again shows same problem again i will deposite for 3 days on 16th dec 2014 after that they will again give me the mobile after that same days same problem shows, i face continiuos same problem camera failed no body can assist to solve this problem they always says that go to samsung service center.i didnt wants to be continue this mobile so plz replace this faulty mobile as this was in replacement warranty, hope u will do the needfull its yours responsibility to assist for that i am regular costomer for e zone since last three years plz co operate to solve this matter. tahnks regards sanjeev jaiswar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
