Hi Priya, Last year I have made a purchase worth of 22, 381/- in Ezone store with my ICICI Debit Card. During that time, there was a diwali offer going in that store to get 10% cashback upto 2000/- if customer pays through ICICI Debit/Credit Card. And I suppose to receive 2000/- cash back from bank since i paid the amount using ICICI Debit Card. But i haven't received the cashback yet. So, please find the details of my purchase and kindly do the needful to get the cashback credited ASAP.
