I have a complaint about wrong communication by sales person and excess amount collected. I have purchased a Mobile handset Samsung A8 on 06th Nov'15 from Ezone store from Indore (MP). As per sales person 6 month EMI is on 0% interest, but in my credit card statement EMI charged with interest. After confirm it from Bank that interest amount charges levied from merchant. Kindly check and arrange the refund amount of Rs.1170 (195 * 6 months).
