The product has been purchased new on November 3rd, 2016. After opening the product at home from its packaging, we noticed a big crack in the process bowl. We have ever since then been following up with Ezone and all they say is we dont have a new product in that model across all our stores and you can check back in 2 weeks. Its been really frustrating following up with them till date to absolutely no avail of the bowl replacement. Hoping for a quick solution, as this has already been long. Stock not available at brand, that's why delay for (Process bowl) replacement.. Now stock available at brand & store receive stock before 20.02.2017. So process bowl replace before 20.02.2017
