[Resolved] Ezoneonline.in — No prior complaint made as asked to do | |||||
I have purchased from ezone store at gip noida 1.a water purifier (eureka forbes xpert) which is not at all giving a taste satisfied water like other purifier i have & also has 130-148 tds that cant be changed as said by engg.came for installation & he cant do anything about it. I asked ezone to pls replace this but no positive response plus the manager Mr.HITESH shouted & hanged apruptly. 2. An AC supposed to be delievered within 24hrs but no response about that contacted for the same ans. was we will see what we can do. Thats it. So pathetic aftersales plus teach your managers to behave first. I think the complaints cell exec.over phone is just formality they do nothing as i said. Big time fail at your end.
