Ezrecharge.in — d2h recharge amount deducted from my a/c but site not refund or recharge

I recharge my videocon d2h with 100rs from EZRECHARGE.IN 22-11-18
my all information was correct as always after getting otp and he deduct my amount and i receive msg in my mobile.
lastly i recieved message on the screen form Ezrecharge.in that your order is under process, i again recharge of 100rs means (100+100previous) but the situation is same.

i have already send 6-7 mail message to [protected]@ezrecharge.in and the ticket generate message recived but till now 23-11-18 my problem is not solved. i call to [protected] but i hered the mobile is switch off message in south language.
i want my refund back or he will recharge my d2h of 200rs amount. thanks
