Hi I purchased Samsung s10plus 512gb green colour from Ezzat mobiles on 8/11/19, got delivery on 11/11/19, when opened the package box was real but inside phone was not original Samsung it is copy China parts assembled phone 1. Camera quality is worst
2. Battery was 3600 mah local battery used in phone
3. After 1 day using top side touch not working . In buying sales team executive said sir it is original Samsung device which imported from US, but actually it was not imported phone it was completely assembled with local parts now I need replacement with original Samsung phone or if it not possible I need my refund
