They send me a fake iphone and charged 8250rs. after that i request them for refund and return and they took 15 days in return and then they didn't refund and blocked my number...

I am from Jamnagar, Gujarat. I bought an iPhone before 3 months but I sent it back because it is not the phone which I bought exactly... And now after 3 months even I could not get satisfying answer from replace team. They don't return any another phone or money.It is too bad.Worst experience....

I had purchased sennheiser cx 7.00 bluetooth headset from ezzat mobiles on 13/10/18, got delivery on 15/10/18, when opened the package box was real but inside headset was not original. Its not the same product which ordered & shown in image. I got he duplicate product.

This is fake product i want to return it help me this. As i have bought bose q30 wireless bluetooth from ezzatmobiles yesterday 27th june 2019.
And the product is copy and the sound quality is very poor so want to return it as soon as possible help me with the return process.

I was searching senheiser earphone on olx and i found a dealer cliaming that i have original item with cheap price like senheiser 7.0 model costs 11000 in the market but they were selling it with 1650 saying that it is copy and imported so i ordered through whatsapp and they deleivered a fake product and they are not even responding me.
