Fab Hotels — cancellation of my booking without any intimation

Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I was trying a booking for hotels. Later on I left that booking since there was network issue since I was travelling. Post which i received a call from FAB HOTELS mentioning that my booking has been confirmed as that was done manually by him and with a relatively cheaper price. I have the audio recording of the same. Post which I got a message of confirmation where it was mentioned that i can make a payment during my checkin. After 5 hours I got a call from unknown number which I missed. And within next 2 minutes I called back at the same number but till then I received a message mentioning that my booking has been cancelled. While enquring I had a word with about 4 customer care executives of FAB HOTELS and one supervisor. I have all the names and recording with me. Everyone were telling me the same thing that due to overbooking we have cancelled the booking. I just wanted to know that is this the way one should react. How can u cancel one's booking without prior information. I have made my train reservations and plans accordingly for next 3 days on the basis of it. Who is going to bear it. Further they were of the view that since I have not made the payment it was cancelled. My point is (1) how can you cancel when the booking itself was confirmed by customer care itself and I didnot asked any executive to do the same. It was done suo-moto by the concerned executive/supervisor. (2) I did not received the message for advance payment at the time of final booking. It was received later. Even when it was received later, I didnot get a chance to look at it since I was travelling as mentioned earlier. (3) how one can cancel the booking within 2 minutes. If one us busy in something and misses a call, that means his booking will be cancelled. Also, I called back within next 2 minutes but in vain as they are saying " Sir your booking has been cancelled and we can not help it ". After keeping me on hold for about 10 minutes, Mr. Supervisor is telling me that we can not do anything since booking cancelled because you have not paid the advance of 25%. When asking about this clause, he is saying that you can check our app or website, it's our policy. My point is, whatever is your policy just tell me one thing -- " is this applicable to the booking done by the customer or is applicable to the executive who had done the booking on behalf of customer, even when the customer has not asked for the same ". Please excuse me for my words if I have written anything wrong. But please guide me with the resolution. Also, if this is the way you guys want to carry on - BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS OF FAB HOTEL.
