I live in bangalore and along with a group of friends decided to check in to one of the fabhotels.. Online i managed to book at fab hotels fourseasons near silk board in bangalore. After i was done with the payment i get a call from one of the customer service guys thanking me for the booking and offering to add breakfast. Later in the conversation he mentions that the fab hotel i have booked does not take in local residents. I then asked him for a refund. He immediately replied that they have received my payment. Then there were repeated calls and emails to the fab hotels main office but nothing changed. They refused to give me a refund and marked me as no show. This has been one of the worst experiences i had booking a hotel.. I have travelled all over the world and several places in india too but never felt so cheated. I will never recommend fab hotels to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
