Fab Hotels — harassment by fabhotel rajwada, baner pune staff and misguided information by fab hotel

Sir/madam,

I, rajasundaram, booked a room in fab hotel rajamada baner, pune from 12th may to 16th may 2018. My booking sis is iuwfda. Mu mobile number is [protected]. Prior to booking, i called your contact center and checked whether some of my prerequsites are met with the facilities available in the above said property. One of my prerequsite is laundry facility for which your people confirmed that it is available. When i checked into hotel, i found following multiple issues:

1) hotel reception staff mentioned that laundry is not available and they asked me to check with contact center for providing that information.

2) phone number kept for calling reception was not working (Phone wire comes out as soon as i pick receiver) for which even after informing 3 times to reception staff, no body attended. After 3 times, they replaced instrument. But, problem gets repeated even after that.

3) hotel doesn't have even coffee maker and creamer, which is a pre requisite in any of the standard 3 star property.

4) room given is located in make shift terrace and the interior of room doesn't look like standard room and it has cracks and some makeshift plastering.

5) when i made a complaint to fab hotel, they arranged call back for listening to my problems. But, as call got disconnected, no body bothered to call me back again.

6) in late evening, when i reported phone issue to reception, they attended, but problem gets repeated and it worked only occasionally and they didn't acknowledge it was an issue.

7) wifi also intermittently not working

8) above all, when i reported to manager of the property about repeated issues in a loud tone, he replied saying that, "i can also shout". And i didn't want to listen and repeatedly ignoring my complaint and mentioned that he wanted to know the issue even though i was clearly explaining.

9) when i requested fab hotel contact center to refer my previous complaint from call history, they said that they don't know about specific issue and wanted me to repeat the issue. Please note that it is not my duty to make all of your contact center informed every time new person takes the call.

Please understand that we are working in a networked world and bad words spread fast. I am very disappointed with the stay and i seriously thinking not to extend my stay that i planned and further advise my social network not to book this property.

Update on my ab Hotel Rajamada Baner complaint - Post my complaint, Fab Hotel called and apologized for the bad experience I had during my stay and promised that they will make my experience better in future. Glad that they called and taken feedback, but late. Hopefully, they can address issues on time and sort the issue.
