I booked a fab hotels room from 2nd may to 4th may. Stay was good but i am yet to receive my invoice. Called the customer care at least 6 times so far and the response is same "you will get it in 24 hrs". It's more than a week now and i can't submit the bills in my company for reimbursement. These guys are not serious about their customers and this will be my last business with them. Now the claim window is over and i had to pay the money from my pocket. Was this information helpful? |
