Today around 7am i have checked in hotel himansi, udaipur. I have booked deluxe room for 2 days and as requested by hotel manager i have paid payment offline by way of cash. Due to some exigencies i have to check out one day before. While taking with hotel manager and fab hotels executive shri suraj kumar to cancel the one day booking and refund my booking amount which is already paid in advance, but both are denied to cancel and refund of one day amount.
