Fab Hotels — room service and hygiene | |||||
Dear sir/madam, My self komara loknathadam with family got checked in your hotel fabexpress srujana inn nampally, hyderabad. Well this was my first experience with fab hotel and with all of pain and dispointment i am dropping a mail of my worst experience. On 26.10.19 i got the room and the moment i enter i show the dirt and dust all around the room, cupboard, tv and bed as if room was not been used for several days. 2nd day morning while moving out from hotel, i told to the reception for the issue and need to change the room. Same day at night after the day tour, i remind them once again for the room. That time i told them that i am facing so many problems like fool smells, mosquitoes in room, small insects in room and cupboard, cleanlines issues, drinking water they provide was normal and unseal bottles. But i use to refuse or reject the normal water than they provide seal bottle for drinking one bottle per day. Also bed sheets and towels was not clean. Cockroachs and smalls insects near beds. So after listening to all he change my room on 27.10.19 night but the issues was still exists till i checked out. Though they provide goodnite on 29.10.19 night. So this is your quality and approach. While booking through app, so many prerequests but in real not up to the mark. Even the breakfast was not sufficient and less. Only one person may have so. I paid nearly 4000 rupess for 04 nihgts and it is not worth for 2000 rupess also. Also please find the attached photos as i have taken for futher reference and solve my issues.
