My complaint is that FAB INDIA (www.fabindia.com) failed to deliver all the 35, 000 rupees furniture ( BILL NO: PI/BOMNH/032014/923; TX/BOMNH/032014/23900; PI/BOMNH/032014/921) that i bought from their 18th Road, Khar, Mumbai showroom last month. On top of it they were not answering calls to their store and store manager Dheeraj is not available when i visit the store to raise the issue.
While the delivery receipts ( KHAR CHALAN NO: 225) clearly shows that all the billed material are not delivered by Fab India Overseas Pvt. Ltd. even after a week of raising the complaint by visiting the store nobody from the company had the courtesy to get in touch with me to sort this out. I can only imagine if this is the experience from an on-store purchase how horrible will be experience of an online transaction through www.Fabindia.com.
I am sure that this was not the idea John Bissell or Ford Foundation had in mind in terms of customer service when the company was started. This also makes me wonder about all the claims that Fab India Overseas Ltd. makes on rural employment and sustainable livelihood. If you cannot do simple things like delivering things that a customer has paid for, or cannot at least call him back after he calls on phone and visit the store to complain about non delivery how are you going to do bigger things like uplift a community?
Can some body advise me on with whom i can get in touch at Fab India to sort this out? Was this information helpful? |
