    Hob Top Gas stove with three burners

    We had installed seven months back - a three burner stove for our main kitchen and a four-burner stove for the pantry room. Since I am a doctor and my servants are using the main kitchen, there is some spillage while cooking rice.       Bought Faber gas stove chimney n dishwasher all together. Company’s these products available in india have very low quality which never work in order n company’s services have too high charges . It’s like chiting customers: my gas stove repaired many times n dishwasher is down company asking 20000 to repair. It’s rotten system to make money

          I bought a new faber chimney, its not sucking any fumes i have been complaining from 3 months you keep sending technicians they all agree there is problem, still no solution, i want this chimney returned worst customer service, i am literally actively complaining from 3months i want this resolved ASAP

          Ive been complaining from 3 months in every way, social media, official mail, service centre, through dealer too, no service at all this chimney is not working at all, i want my money back for 3 month you are sending service people they are agreeing there is a problem still no solution all your officals are lazy and unproductive, or they are appointed to torture customers, let this be a official notice next is proper court order, PURCHASING FROM FABER IS A MIND TORTURE, and this company shall held responsible for any mishappening because of there serious mind torture

            I purchased Faber water purifier from Amazon in February 2021 and it was stop working in May month, I have complaint for the same(product is in warranty) and exactly after one month after calling many a times to customer care and service center they sent a service man, he opened the purifier, after spending an hour he did not even understand what is the problem.
            Then he said a part need to be replaced and he will after 2 days with that part.
            It is been 2 weeks he did not turned up, we are continuously calling/following them multiple times.
            may be Faber is not capable to run the water purifier business and provide proper after sales service.

            I do not know Why do companies mention the word 'Warranty' when they does not even understand the meaning of it and not able to service...

              We have been complaining from February about the pantop and broken glass surface and it's mid June... But there is no response about our complain. We have talked to their senior service executive but he also refuses to listen our complain.
              And moreover those glass pieces are now coming in our food.

                A complaint has been registered in December 2020 and even after 6 months, there has been no response from the company. No action is being taken and no seriousness is being given to our issue.

                  Already booked complaint nearly one month back in tollfreenumber one technician visited and informed with in 2-3 days will replace.After that 2 other people also called.I described the details.Afterwards no followup.Pls do necessary action for early rectification.

                      Iam one of the consumer for Faber product. I found problem with my chimney on February then I registered complaint to customer care. The service executive came to our place and found capacitor problem. But up-to now there is no response and solution for my problem. Then I realized and give complaint again on 7 june2021but the service executive told me that your warranty is completed. But my warranty period has time up-to 5 august 2021. Kindly give solution to my problem.

                            We have ordered FABER hood crest plus hc sc Bk 90 Chimney but within 6 months o[censored]se its stopped working. I have called customer service nearly 15-20 times every time they give me one person number and he asked me my details and that's it. Now it's been a nearly one year still no restriction from FABER.

                                From then till now, my mother is always irritated with this, we have given multiple complaints regarding the gas stove, as the flame either burns too high by which we can't stand it or either it doesn't burn at all or at the most minimal level.
                                Sorry to say but the product is a total waste of money and think it to be a high risk for the person who cooks alongside.
                                The flame is super high due to which our gas bottle doesn't lasts even a month at times.
                                Highly unrecommended and under rated product.
                                All the company does is sends some executive to check and mend and the same trouble errupts again. Never seen or experienced this kind of problem with any other gas stove company which we had used earlier.

                                Need a replacement of the product as this is the Highest Mental Harrassment for us.

                                My reviews on the same stands ZERO.

                                  I purchased this chimney a week ago and the plastic duct pipe is provided by the company, which is not working as whenever i turn on the chimney the pipe gets air pressure and comes back in kitchen, when i called the technician he told me they have to install aluminium pipe for this, and pay extra, i purchased this chimney a week ago first i paid for plastic chimney as the asked and now they are asking me to pay for aluminium pipe what a fraud is it

                                    Chimney frequently Faulty in warranty period

                                    We bought your product last June 2020. Last month board was replaced and advised me to provide the power supply through Stabilizer all fixed at same time within one month again chimney was not working raised the complainant against this issue more than a week yesterday your technician came and told again board fault and he left without fix that problem.                                     I am drafting this mail after waiting for more than a month for a service request. A very very bad experience from Faber. Call logged on 6th March 2021, following up since then with call center and Mr Rajesh, Zonal Head South, ph no. [protected] and through messages. Absolutely zero response and consern towards customer issues.

                                    I would definitely not recommend Faber products to anyone with this experience.

                                    I hope atleast this mail resolve my smallest issue with no further follow up.
