Complaint on chimney problem

Iam one of the consumer for Faber product. I found problem with my chimney on February then I registered complaint to customer care. The service executive came to our place and found capacitor problem. But up-to now there is no response and solution for my problem. Chimney stopped working in within 6 month

We have ordered FABER hood crest plus hc sc Bk 90 Chimney but within 6 months o[censored]se its stopped working. I have called customer service nearly 15-20 times every time they give me one person number and he asked me my details and that's it. Now it's been a nearly one year still no restriction from FABER.
How can I file lawsuit on this company?please suggest me...

4 burner Gas stove

From then till now, my mother is always irritated with this, we have given multiple complaints regarding the gas stove, as the flame either burns too high by which we can't stand it or either it doesn't burn at all or at the most minimal level.
Sorry to say but the product is a total waste of money and think it to be a high risk for the person who cooks alongside.
The flame is super high due to which our gas bottle doesn't lasts...

Chimney frequently Faulty in warranty period

We bought your product last June 2020. Last month board was replaced and advised me to provide the power supply through Stabilizer all fixed at same time within one month again chimney was not working raised the complainant against this issue more than a week yesterday your technician came and told again board fault and he left without fix that problem. I am drafting this mail after waiting for more than a month for a service request. A very very bad experience from Faber. Call logged on 6th March 2021, following up since then with call center and Mr Rajesh, Zonal Head South, ph no. [protected] and through messages. Absolutely zero response and consern towards customer issues.

I would definitely not recommend Faber products to anyone with this experience.

I purchased a brand new Jumbo 4BB BK AI auto ignition Faber gas stove on 30th March 2021 from hyderabad, India from Faber platinum studio, hyderabad and the glass top bursted on 11th of April 2021 in a matter of 12days.

Irresponsible coordinator

Bad Service at ameerpet area

The engineer visited my place on 10th January 2020 (2 weeks after the complain was lodged), This itself is lapse from Faber Service Center on not providing timely response to the complain and the delay in engineer visit.

After the engineer visited to attend the complain he identified that the moter is defective and told he will get back for replacement .

I am very frustrated with the quality of service provided...

Chimney part has not been replaced

I brought a new chimney last february. Just after two months it stopped working. I immediately filed a complaint at the store where I had bought it from.
After 1 month of continuous follow-up, they came and fixed it temporarily.

Faber Chimney - Complaint No.BLR2302210029 dt: 22 Feb 2021

I had submitted a complaint about 10 days ago - Complaint No.BLR [protected].

The service person attended to it broke the switch while opening. Said that the pcb board was not working, but the motor was working.
