Hi there, I have purchased the Faber RO Neutron plus RO water purifier, and for thr free installation I have been calling them from last week and no-one has come to install it. All they say is today done will come or call and cut the call. It is creating a problem to my elderly parents. Respond ASAP. These kind of non service should be taken seriously as customers are getting fooled by the word "free" installation....

Service contact. Chimney not working at all. Need immediate service. The chimney service needs to be done as soon as possible....

We bought AMC for Faber cooktop and there were 3 services included in it. we availed two services and 3 service became due during lockdown. we asked for the service after the lockdown but the officials insisted us to buy AMC for the next year and when we said that we will buy after some time he denied to provide the 3rd service which was actually pending.

this is really disappointing and we never expect such force from a company...

On 13.01.2021, I have purchased a chimney from Fundamental, South City, Kolkata. I have faced lots of problem during installation. Actually they have not installed properly. Inspite of so many persuasion with company as well as shop, no action has been taken. Have I done mistake by purchasing product of faber?

Pathetic installation. The technician has screwed the entire process . He cut the aluminium pipe in to 3 pieces. Though it's flexible pipe which I bought separately for rs 1300 . Such nasty service i dint expected . Don't buy this scrap product . Such looters who don't even care to call customer post installation to know about customer feedback...

I hv purchased faber chimney twoyears back.. But now motor is not working. Faber advertising life long warranty.

I'm the existing user of Faber chimney Model Solaris 680LTW 60 (D[protected]) since 2013. I had a malfunction issue with my chimney motor on August month of 2020. I have raised a complaint and a technician came from Sri Ragavendra Associates, Thendral Nagar, Sathuvachari, Vellore-9, he dismantled and removed the motor from the chimney told us that registered for motor replacement and changed Rs.400 on 8th of August 2020.

Hi,

We recently purchased the Faber water purifier (casper RO + UV +MAT, 10 ltrs, 7 stage purifier) & got it installed. It is also observed that external sedment filter is also not available along with the water purifier.
Invoice no : IN-YNMZ-6717 dated 11.12.2020.
The same is booked through Amazon website and installed on 30th Dec 2020 from a faber service person.

Since then the water overflow...

Purchased their Newest 4 way suction aerospace chimney in Oct 2020,
- When the product was received the small fan in the front was not working, i logged a complaint about the damaged product, they sent someone after 20, 25 days after constantly following up 7 within those 20 days itself the bulb under the chimney stopped working, then the different speed buttons at the front even they started blinking for no reason, they sent technicians...

I have a Faber Glass stove cook top, but burner & kok both are broken, several times was called but no response.please save our life. It is very risk for us....

We bought your product last June 2020.
Last October it was faulty and your service provider came and checked it. Asked me 10000 for board fault. I refused and told product works 4 months only, hope warranty is still valid. He was gone out not backed, almost 2 months over not return back. Meantime our kitchen was fully smoke formed. Useless of my patience and negligence of your service forced me to go for...

It has blasted the glass top has broken and spread in home fortunately no casuality happened but after buying such a reputed brand if we have possibility to life threat
what should we do with it kindly suggest us.

The stove hob cover has shattered into pieces and I have been registering the complaint and waiting since the past three months but there has been no solution to the problem.
I have registered on toll free, local customer care and centralise customer service centre but in vain....
