My faber chimney had stopped working completely and i lodged a complaint on 20/1/21, the technician visited on 21/1/21, after inspection, he said that a part (Bush) needs to be replaced and it has to be indented from pune which will take 10 to 12 days and my order has been put on priority list.
AS MY CHIMNEY IS NOT WORKING I AM FACING A LOT OF DIFFICULTY DUE TO THE SMOKE CIRCULTING WITH IN THE HOUSE. AND CAUSING HEALTH HAZARDS TO ELDERLY PERSONS WITH BREATHING DIFFICULTIES. TWO WEEKS HAVE PASSED BY, EVERY TIME I ENQUIRE( ATLEAST 7 TIMES), THE OFFICIALS TELL THAT THE PARTS HAVE NOT YET ARRIVED FROM PUNE AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE BEFORE THAT.
WHY CAN'T A PART OF A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE FABER BE MADE AVIALABLE IN A METRO CITY LIKE KOLKATA AND ORDER FOR PARTS, HAS TO BE EVERY TIME PLACED TO PUNE, WHICH UNECESSARY DELAYS UP THE REPAIR PROCESS.
IN THIS AGE, IF REPAIR OF CHIMNEY TAKES MORE THAN 2 WEEKS time, DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF PARTS, IT IS RIDICULOUS, IF I KNEW IT BEFORE I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT FABER CHIMNEY.
I AM FED UP WITH THE INABILITY OF THE FABER OFFICIALS TO HELP ME AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, AND HENCE AT LAST LODGING A COMPLAINT HERE WITH A HOPE THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE ADDRESSED HERE.
