I have raised a complaint almost two months back but till date it is not resolved. Few service providers visited once in a while but none of them replaced burners so far. I have never faced this kind of challenge with any other product and company. I strongly recommend people to not go far faber. Very pathetic and poorest service base.

    Sir,

    Iam a resident of Karaikudi.I am using the Faber table mount gas stove with three burners.And also I am using the Faber chimney with two halogen lights. Due to corna lock down the service also not in properly.Do last one year we have cooking with out chimney lights.Some three months back one technician came for service of stove and chimney.I asked him to replace the chimney bulbs .But he also told I have bulbs with me but it's not suitable for your chimney.

    Any how now I want lodge one complaint of bulbs in chimney.One more thing I want replace the feeding casket of stove .
    Kindly depute some technician with proper spares and rectify the required remedies in my stove/chimney.

      Dear Sir,
      Iam Jagdish Kumar M brought a new 4burner Gas stove from dealer, after passing one year one burner had failed which was replaced. Now again passing 6months 2burners had failed, the complaint has not yet resolved after giving request 2weeks back.

      Bringing to your kind notice for suitable reply or resolution as my stove is in a very dangerous position and getting sounds when liting it.

        I had purchased a hybrid gas stove from Faber 2 years back . And this is what I got .

        1 . Cast iron utensils stand broken

        2 . The flame has burned the on/off knob

        3. Glass top broken

        I have been sending mails to their customer care id but no one has visited or called . This ridiculous. No after sales service . Our Indian companies are much better .

          I had a problem with my Faber hob for which i contacted Heat Craft/Technocare, which is the service center for Faber hobs and chimneys. I have a service contract with them and i called them to send a technician. The technician, whose name was Hariom, came after a couple days and he said the nozzle filter and 4 knobs needed to be replaced. I agreed for the same and paid him the full amount of Rs. 6250. He changed the nozzle but since he did not have the knobs, he said he would come back to fit them the next day. I paid him the full money for the knobs too. However, he did not come back and after calling the service center and speaking to Aishwarya, Ankita, Ritu, at all different times who kept telling me the technician will come but ofcourse, no one came. After calling several times, another technician by the name of Shahid along with Raj Kumar Mukherjee, who claimed he was the supervisor, came and fitted the knobs. But still, one of the medium burner knobs were not working properly. I had to press the small burner knob and then the medium burner knob worked. I told them and Raj Mukherjee said that the burners and plates are bad and need to be changed. He said the if I extended my service contract for another year, he would give me a 50% discount on it. I already have a service contract til 9/12/2, for which I had payed Rs. 8000. I extended that contract upto 8/12/22, for which I paid Rs. 7000, which included the charge for the burners and plates - Rs. 4000 for service contract @50% discount and Rs. 3000 for burners and plates. However, upto now no one has come and each time I call the service center, either Aishwarya or Ankita or Ritu answer the phone and Every time its a different story, either the parts haven't come from Delhi, or the technician will surely come tommorow or on Monday and so on and so forth. I was fed up with their stories so one day I called and asked for the supervisors number. They said there was no supervisor there so I insisted and a girl by the name of Shaheen came on the line and told me the supervisor was not there and she would ask him to call me. I told her again that I wanted to call him so could I have his number. She turns around and tells me that she herself was the supervisor and to tell her the problem. I immediately told her that she was lying because first she said there was no supervisor. Final she said Yes she was lying, because she did not want to give me the supervisors number. Then I threatened her that I would make a complaint against all of them and put down the phone. Soon Raj Mukherjee called me and said please don't call anyone and he would take care of the problem soon. However, after making several calls to him and Shahid till today no one has come and the job has not been done. They keep lying that they are coming the next day but never come. They are liars and cheaters. I had no choice but to turn towards the Consumer Complaint Forum for help. I hope you can help me in this matter as it is the question of burners not working properly and could be very dangerous. Would appreciate if you could help me ASAP.           PS: photos of invoice and service contracts are not being uploaded though they are small files.Each time I get this message on the screen -The file is too large. The max size is 32 MB.             Hob was bought from the retailer Neugen at Sarjapur Road in Dec 1 week. One burner has not been working since day one and second one stopped working last week. Multiple complaints, phone calls and emails later, issue is unresolved .Service Center manager Ravi is extremely rude and threatening and should not be in services at all. Venugopal's name was provide by Faber company, but no resolution so far after almot 10-12 weeks . Tkt number with Faber-Franke call center is listed above . Need urgent resolution as it is impacting our day to day life

              Escalation on unprofessional After Sales Service

              Last July I purchased a chimney from faber, we have used it for about a month. We started experiencing the trouble in the chimney i.e. it is not working and creating a noise. I have reported this issue to faber customer care in the month of Oct. After a couple of chases, the technician had visited and said some parts had to be replaced inside the chimney and also said they will place an order for the same.

              It's been 4 months...

              Hi,

              I Purchased Hood Tender 3D T2S2 Max model on 21Jan 2021 and it got delivered after a week. I had a high hope with this product.

              It's not even a month and yesterday it stopped working partially and I am highly disappointed with this. I really can't keep this product anymore and I need refund for that so I can buy some other brand chimney.

              Please mark this as urgent and need response ASAP.

                I have purchased Faber hob on 7th Jul 2016 which has a glass top.
                The glass got broken and i have raised a request for spare part which is pending from Dec 18th 2020.

                Everytime I call the concerned person, I am getting a response saying, within 2 days, the item will be delivered and fixed.

                I have sent many mails, called service centre, however there is no movement in the ticket.

                Need your help in fixing this ASAP

                  Today while cooking food the glass was broke itself .I purchased it in November 2020. It shall be replaced in warranty asap.

                    I have purchased a Faber everest chimney in July 2020, and since then I am facing leakage issue with my chimney, the engineer is not able to find the exact problem, every time they are cleaning it and saying that the problem will not come again.

                        Logged a complaint in December when I informed Faber that the chimney installed in my flat by the builder is not working.

                        It is two months now and the chimney is not yet working.

                        I have reminded them 3 times, the call center only does a postman's job, there is no ownership for these open tickets to see resolution .

                        Truly disappointed

                              My faber chimney had stopped working completely and i lodged a complaint on 20/1/21, the technician visited on 21/1/21, after inspection, he said that a part (Bush) needs to be replaced and it has to be indented from pune which will take 10 to 12 days and my order has been put on priority list.
                              AS MY CHIMNEY IS NOT WORKING I AM FACING A LOT OF DIFFICULTY DUE TO THE SMOKE CIRCULTING WITH IN THE HOUSE. AND CAUSING HEALTH HAZARDS TO ELDERLY PERSONS WITH BREATHING DIFFICULTIES. TWO WEEKS HAVE PASSED BY, EVERY TIME I ENQUIRE( ATLEAST 7 TIMES), THE OFFICIALS TELL THAT THE PARTS HAVE NOT YET ARRIVED FROM PUNE AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE BEFORE THAT.
                              WHY CAN'T A PART OF A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE FABER BE MADE AVIALABLE IN A METRO CITY LIKE KOLKATA AND ORDER FOR PARTS, HAS TO BE EVERY TIME PLACED TO PUNE, WHICH UNECESSARY DELAYS UP THE REPAIR PROCESS.

                              IN THIS AGE, IF REPAIR OF CHIMNEY TAKES MORE THAN 2 WEEKS time, DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF PARTS, IT IS RIDICULOUS, IF I KNEW IT BEFORE I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT FABER CHIMNEY.

                              I AM FED UP WITH THE INABILITY OF THE FABER OFFICIALS TO HELP ME AND RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO, AND HENCE AT LAST LODGING A COMPLAINT HERE WITH A HOPE THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE ADDRESSED HERE.

                                Dear Faber team,
                                This is Vinodh J, I Purchased 7 months back Auto Ignition 4 burner Gas stove in June 2020, in Aadishwar showroom Marathahalli, and after purchasing in next month the problem continues burner not getting on and quiet frequently it’s happening and I raised complaint 2times and service person came and repaired, again the same problem continuing till now, it’s better replace the new one, I think faber brand product is not worth to buy.
                                Kindly resolve this issue earliest, and replace the new one and I’m very much fed up of hard earned money I have spent for this day and not after one month of purchasing till now I’m not at all happy Bcze of this stove.

                                    Hi there, I have purchased the Faber RO Neutron plus RO water purifier, and for thr free installation I have been calling them from last week and no-one has come to install it. All they say is today done will come or call and cut the call. It is creating a problem to my elderly parents. Respond ASAP. These kind of non service should be taken seriously as customers are getting fooled by the word "free" installation.
