Chimney glass blast

Suddenly glass if my chimney blasted and broken into small pieces and luckily my mom has no wounds.

Is this the quality of your product??
We recomended your product to many of our relatives, but I now regret for doing that. Worst product!!...

Faber hob not working proper since it is purchased

Since I have purchased this hob it is not working proper. The burners are working slow and the vessels are turning black. I hv given complaints many times to Faber but my issues are not solved even after 8 months of purchase. The mechanic came thrice but still I am facing the same issues. I sent a mail for replacement but have not received any response yet...

I ordered fabre chimney from flipkart and it’s not working from the day it’s arrived. Initially followed up with flipkart and then refused to help and asked to reach out to fabre then also called so many people but didn’t send anyone to fix the chimney. It’s been more than 3 months i have received chimney but nobody care to come and fix it.

Bought a gas stove but not working

I bought a Faber hob 4 burner on September 10th. And from day 1 we tried contacting customer service for installation. But no one came for even 1 week. Then we only installed on our own. Now after installing it is getting very low flame and even it is not giving spark for burner. We tried contacting customer support many times but no response....

chimney dismantled automatically

What kind of installation have been done by the technician. My chimney is dismantled from the kitchen wall automatically. It's been 2 months from the date of installation....

Product customer service and quality

I purchased faber water purifier in oct 2019. Attached invoice. After that in july 2020, i replaced new water purifier with service charge of rs.1560.
Kept on calling customer care with reply of no personnal available.
We were complete stunned by seeing cocroach in the enclosure of water container, which i believe is completely ridiculous.

Despite repeated calls, our complaint still sits with faber india (Complaint originally raised on 22 july 2020). My mobile number is [protected] and both rajat, ramu prasad (Asst service manager of delhi ncr) have stopped receiving my calls and have no answer as to why my chimney motor (Which got repaired within one year of purchase) is still not replaced. Worst experience with faber, i thought faber was a global brand but my bad! Please help...

oil is not collecting in oil collecter of chimney. rather than oil is dripping.

We bought kitchen chimney hood crest plus on 22nd june. But after 1 week has been passed after auto clean oil is not collecting in oil collecter. Ratherthan it is dripping outside from the corner of collector. Oil is falling on stove. I have called customer care several times but no response.
I will never buy faber.. Most pathetic service.....
