I have purchased a Faber built in microwave which stopped working 2 months ago. I have raised a complaint regarding the same about 2 months ago. After repeated calling of customer care, local vendor, the issue is not even considered to look at. I am frustrated with their behaviour and sense of responsibility. I certainly did not expect this kind of support from a company like FABER.

    A Glasstop cooktop has been trouble from 3 rd Dec, 2020. Problem is the burner was broken & gas was likege, it is very risky foll all, for our life, for our neighbour. My docket no . is - KOL[protected]. Several times was calling ( calling SS proof attached) to Mr. Arijit Pal ( [protected]) but no necessary action.
    Requested to you please help & save our life.

      We have complaint about stove repairing on 20th November, 2020. But still not attended for servicing even if complaint so many times. Very Bad servicing. Even we called to karnataka Head one Mr. Venugopal. Still not attended. See how the worst service of Fabers. Very bad.

        Raised request with Faber customer care on 23rd November and it was assigned to KVK Enterprises, Hyderabad. Till now I did not get any response from anyone. Faber Customer Care replies that they escalated and Service Technician is not responding. Ticket # - HYD23200113.

          We have purchased Imperia 604 BRB CI BK - Faber cook hob model on November 1st and while installing itself we had noticed that the flames are low and the the guy who installed told that it will heat well day by day but it was very sad that it was opposite. We waited for one month but still the heat the burner is having, is not enough to cook the food swiftly. It’s taking thrice the amount of time (which it usually takes) and as a working mom i felt restless waiting for the food to cook fast. Can you please look into this compliant as soon as possible

              I purchased the chimney and was supposed to submit the application to get the warranty card back. I have furnished all the details to the consumer office and emailed 3 times already on customer care email id.

              Now my Chimney is not working and not been able to get the motor replaced for last 5 months.

                  Dear Team, I have made many complaints via mail and telephonic conversation with Mr Rahul Jadhav zonal head, with Mr Nitin Chaudhary borivali branch service centre, Mr Gauri Shankar executive at Borivali branch but no one is giving proper response. One says you call another and another says you call third person and third says call customer care. Even at customer care i have sent so many mails but no luck. When is motor replacement going to happen no clue on that. Customer is played like a football from here to there. Mr Rahul Jadhav dont even have Faber's grievance email id and he says do whatever you want to do. Same with Nitin Chaudhary he says do whatever you want to do.is this the way a Faber brand treats their customer.
                  Its a pathetic and disgusting. Ashamed of buying product from Faber not even one year has passed and such a behaviour.
                  Can anyone highlight the issue and taken action or am i supposed to go legal.
                  Expecting a revert asap.

                    Dear Franke Team,

                    This is to bring to your notice that, Your customer care service team has provided me with this number of Senior Service Executive.

                    I have called this gentleman and he informed me that he is not the correct person and that he is not in a position to resolve this long pending customer issue. The kind of response from these gentlemen is very unfortunate and I would request this gentleman instead of making other responsible at various other departments and third parties during the call, it would have been better if he had given a good solution in this long overdue customer escalation. But instead he had asked me to call back the customer service again for better resolution.

                    Hence, please note the raised complaint has been pending for more than 1.5 months to 2 months. and the Franke team is not at all concerned to take care of the under warranty after sales service issue seriously.

                    This particular Faber Supreme Plus 3 BB Gas stove had a serious gas leakage safety issue.
                    Gas leakage for sides of the burner
                    Medium burner has completely stopped working
                    Large size burner, gas is leaking from the sides of the burner
                    Utensils are bottoms are covered in black smoke, due to this leakage
                    Wastage of LPG gases
                    Very dangerous to cook and use in such hazardous conditions

                    I hope and request you to please provide resolution immediately for this serious and long pending escalation.

                        I am a resident of Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi and have purchased a Faber modular chimney on Oct’2020. The installation person told us that he will be back in 3 days to complete the remaining installation work but he never showed up. Also, there are some issues with this chimney while we are using it.
                        We have been trying to reach customer service helpline numbers & mails from a month but no response to our queries till now. We are now fed up with such fraud company, they are just hungry for money and dont care about the trouble people are going through.

                        This is our last hope that we can atleast expect any action on such case. After this we can only move ahead with a complaint in consumer court.

                          On 01/08/2020 i bought thus FABER chimney as a gift for my mother in August .. providing them comfort and smoke smell free cooking .

                          But daily the oil is getting leaked and destroying our wall and also it’s falling on our Gas Hob, utensils and food too . We don’t cook too spicy oily food ..normal home cooked food .

                          The reason for buying this model was only that oil was collecting itself and deposited in the tray inside but what is happening is opposite.. we are really disappointed with the results..

                          2 times an executive from faber came and started cleaning the chimney.. nobody is willing to understand the exact issue.. they only think they’l come n clean n resolve issue.. but oil doesn’t stop leaking.

                          if we have to go for cleaning every alternate day, no housewife with average usage in fact would be willing buy this FABER product ever .

                            They sell u so stupid products to you and leave you to suffer

                                I purchased a Faber Microwave oven from Hometown Hyderabad on 17th October 2020. The Order number is [protected].
                                Hometown raised the PO on the 19th and Faber confirmed to Hometown that the order would be delivered in a week.
                                On Saturday ( a week after the order was placed by me) i reached out to hometown and the product did not reach HT till then. I tried reaching Faber ( Sarath and Prathap) but unfortunately could not get any details of the shipment or courier. They were infact not ready to take responsibility .
                                Till date the product has not been delivered to Home Town and Faber has not helped with any courier tracking information.
                                This is loss of time and i need the product and not a refund since i have already waited for 10 days.

                                  I purchased Faber cooktop 4 burner, on 26 Sept 2020. Within a month the backside nozzle broke, its been 7 days I have registered my compliant through phone and website but no follow up.Even the customer service Lady is pathetic very rude.worst experience and pathetic service highly disappointed.

                                    I had purchased faber jumbo 3bb glass cooktop. Within a year it had burner issues. The tech came once nd repaired it and now after a year has been completed there is again problem with burners. Thankfully since it is within warranty it will be replaced without cost but the service is so poor. I am waiting for the new burners since last 40 days and even today they say it will take another 15 days and that too they are not sure about the delivery.
                                    They do not have any escalation matrix, the area manager and the tech/service center manager are the only ones you can contact and get the updates.
                                    I wasnt aware importing of burners for faber is such a difficult task.
                                    Now 2 of my burners were already in bad condition and the 3rd one is also not working now.
                                    I will never recommend anyone to buy faber cooktops.

                                      Purchased faber cook top installed on 30th september 2020 in the new flat. We Started cook top on 05th october 2020. But to quite surprised the toughened glass broke into pieces within 10 days. It seems the quality of glass is of bad quality

                                        We had bought Faber cook top and in less than 1 year burners became non functional. The complaint was lodged on August 6th and one person called Shiv Kumar visited us and said that burners have to be replaced and that he will deliver the same in ten days. He also while fixing the rubber of the cook top, spoilt the top by giving visible scratches. Since then it has been a mental harassment where we have to keep following up with the person every 4 days . Earlier we were told that the order for burners has been given. When asked for a reference number, they never have anything to share, as a proof of order got burner. After much follow up with Shiv kumar, today he sent 2 person who did not know the issue and they mentioned that they were not aware of the problem while on the complaint paper that they carried had clearly mentioned that burners were to be replaced.

                                        Faber's after sales service is really poor and I don't think that we will ever get a solution for this.

                                        In spite of repeated complaints to the company customer care, we have not got any resolution. We would like to file a consumer complaint case against Faber and seek 10 lakhs as compensation for the mental harassment.
