Dear Franke Team,
This is to bring to your notice that, Your customer care service team has provided me with this number of Senior Service Executive.
I have called this gentleman and he informed me that he is not the correct person and that he is not in a position to resolve this long pending customer issue. The kind of response from these gentlemen is very unfortunate and I would request this gentleman instead of making other responsible at various other departments and third parties during the call, it would have been better if he had given a good solution in this long overdue customer escalation. But instead he had asked me to call back the customer service again for better resolution.
Hence, please note the raised complaint has been pending for more than 1.5 months to 2 months. and the Franke team is not at all concerned to take care of the under warranty after sales service issue seriously.
This particular Faber Supreme Plus 3 BB Gas stove had a serious gas leakage safety issue.
Gas leakage for sides of the burner
Medium burner has completely stopped working
Large size burner, gas is leaking from the sides of the burner
Utensils are bottoms are covered in black smoke, due to this leakage
Wastage of LPG gases
Very dangerous to cook and use in such hazardous conditions
