What kind of installation have been done by the technician. My chimney is dismantled from the kitchen wall automatically. It's been 2 months from the date of installation.

    Purchased anew 4 burner cook top from faber authorised dealer m/s. Vibrant homez, ambathur chennai on 10/09/2020 vide invoice dt. Vam059. Mysel wanted to purchase sureme plus 4bbai model, where as the offered blaze model stating similar, when the item received from their godown, chennai, it is observed that a glass plate pasted to cover up the previous hole area of 4 nobs which is relocated now was coming out due to heat. Faber is a multinational company producing quality product, but it is surprised to see that, being manipulated to fool customers by certain authorised dealers. As the undersigned needed immediate replacement of genuine product from the company. Regards.

    M/s.Vibrant Homez, the authorized dealer refused to accept the defective cook top and not ready for refund. Matter informed to M/s.Franke faber pvt Ltd., PUNE through mail dt.24/09/2020. Please note that the Refurbished model supplied by the dealer is found very unsafe &posing fire risk.Complaint reference ID registered in M/s.Faber customer care is :2716877 dt.18/09/2020.Hence requested to do the needful for arranging REFUND at the earliest please.Regards.

    Very bad service from customer care even though under warrenty .Very expensive product, and wastage of money.

      I purchased faber water purifier in oct 2019. Attached invoice. After that in july 2020, i replaced new water purifier with service charge of rs.1560.
      Kept on calling customer care with reply of no personnal available.
      We were complete stunned by seeing cocroach in the enclosure of water container, which i believe is completely ridiculous.
      I have attached image of same.

      Really bad service and also its mainly a big health concern.

      Again called today, customer service guy has agreed to come in afternoon. But i need answer from company on why enclosure in not concealed properly.

            Fire accident of gas stove ,poor installation

            both purchase date 27/10/2019.
            1.gas stove L connector(metal), connecting stove and gas tube burst and got fire.how it could burst and got fire .stove was bought 9 months back only.what is the safety for us?.

              Despite repeated calls, our complaint still sits with faber india (Complaint originally raised on 22 july 2020). My mobile number is [protected] and both rajat, ramu prasad (Asst service manager of delhi ncr) have stopped receiving my calls and have no answer as to why my chimney motor (Which got repaired within one year of purchase) is still not replaced. Worst experience with faber, i thought faber was a global brand but my bad! Please help in getting this fixed at the earliest.

I contacted the toll free number on[protected]. Number: [protected]. One representative told me the water purifier will be installed on[protected], onday. But nobody came.

                    With reference to 3 month long continuous conversation with service executive & with lots of false promises & commitment, today i am writing this complain to convey your company about your product quality & exact scenario of after sale service.
                    On 29th jan 2020 i ordered a eurodomo 60 cm 1050 m3/h chimney (Gem tc bk 60 black), through amazon. Initially i was impressed with the elegant design & attractive price. But same last for only 5 day.

                    After delivery service executive installed the chimney and during installation the front glass was broken by the installer from aarav enterprises.

                    I launched a voice complain to aarav enterprises on next day, since from 2nd week of feb 2020 i am continuously following but unfortunately only revert i received is

                    “we already place your order to eurodomo, since eurodomo pune ware-house is close so not sure when replacement will be done, once pune ware-house will be open we will let you know “

                    Most pathetic incident which completely broke my trust over eurodomo is, when suddenly front panel of the chimney got disconnected from main panel automatically. Might due to improper welding. I never expect such kindly of negligence & poor quality from eurodomo.

                    I am totally confused now. Now i realize my mistake of choosing eurodomo. I will never even go with faber.

                      oil is not collecting in oil collecter of chimney. rather than oil is dripping.

                      We bought kitchen chimney hood crest plus on 22nd june. But after 1 week has been passed after auto clean oil is not collecting in oil collecter. Ratherthan it is dripping outside from the corner of collector. Oil is falling on stove. I have called customer care several times but no response.
                      I will never buy faber.. Most pathetic service.....

                      On[protected], I purchased a 4 burner gas stove by Faber from Decor point, Mettupalayam road, RS Puram. Even while purchasing, there was a particular type of design on the stove which was very odd, when asked regarding the same, the salesman of the particular franchise said that it was the latest model and design and is yet to be popular among people. On 24th April 2020 we were trying to clean the glass top and the piece that was stuck came out and there were 4 holes in that particular area. I’ll be attaching the pictures along with this. The very day, we sent a mail to Customer support of Faber complaining about the same along with another thing that the low flame is as high as high flame. This then resulted in the arrival of a technician later one day, and stated that the glass top has been refurbished and it doesn’t match with the quality of a Faber product ( so it’s kind of clear by now that we have been fooled) .
                      Later, Mr. Ramesh reaches out to us asking what was the actual problem with the stove (he never came, he just called) on[protected] and inspite of telling him as clearly as possible he kept on asking the same on several calls, without even any further check on the problem. Neither did he come to check it personally nor did he do anything further. He also asked us to contact him alone if we had any problem in future (without even solving the present issue). Post this incident, never has he attended our calls, and once in a blue moon he would call and ask what was the problem and I would explain all again from the top. Today, on[protected] I tried reaching him multiple times from my phone, later when I dialed him from my daughter’s phone, he answered and said that he is quite busy and would call back later, and we had an argument there. Leave alone, a consumer issue, It’s saddening how people are not even bothered about their own responsibilities.
                      I will be attaching the bill along with the images of the burner.
                      I request you to kindly look into the issue and take a proper action.

                          I buy a faber chimney in sep, 2019. It looks sleek and all.
                          I clean it on a monday say, oil starts dripping from wednesday (Latest).

                          I raise a complaint on 24 may. After ore than 15 days someone in pune wakes up and calls back to confirm the issue.

                          Fast forward, i explain the issue to a local engineer. Fun starts. He explains me that for this chimney model i have to take out the 2 filter blades every night and keep them in a standing position. Next morning wipe them and put them back.

                          Now engineer (I felt bad for the poor guy in a broken cycle and a backpack which looked like pre historic) arrives at homes - looks at it - lost. Tells me "sir, who has given you this idea of daily taking out in the night..." my response "sir, looks like someone in faber only :-)"

                          Let me find a better word for later but for now "i wish i could fart hard at faber to dry the oil up in the chimney every night without taking faber out"

                            We have purchased ro water purifier from faber, its just waste, from the day of installation the water was tasteless and they told as its first new, it will be ok in a few days, still was not improving after 15days, later when the complain was given they came and checked the tds which came to be low (Around 5 tds which is unsafe for drinking,) later he changed the ro membrane and then tds rise to 23, but tasteless water, after complaining again they said they will fix the tds contrler and uv to that forvwhich i have to bear the cost of 2500/ extra after paying 16000/ to purifier, and the sales man at faber nagarbhavi bangalore is least bothered after complaining repeatedly, it was our goodness which kept us from throwing the thing back infront of them, but even after agreeing to pay 2500/ still the repair is not done,

                              I bought this Faber cook top from Amazon. Have had so many complaints. The faber service center in Cochin has not responded to my calls.
                              I spoke to the service technician who came for the initial installation.
                              The grids are damaged.
                              The self starter is not working.
                              I have got a very bad piece.
                              I request the servioce center in Cochin to contact me at the earliest.

                                explosion of glass top hob (stove)- faber make

                                The faber make glass top model gas stove (Hob) installed in my home found burst/exploded all of sudden within 8 months of purchased. There was no specific reason for such an explosion, except the manufacturing defect, as the unit was lying idle and there was no objects on top to fall down. And fortunately no one got hurt and injured.

                                When i have contacted the faber customer service, they have advised that glass top is not coming...

                                I raised a complaint on a faulty built-in microwave oven. Service engineer visited and dismantled the unit and left for want of part. Even after 45 days they have not got the part or repaired it. Contacted their service center, area service manager etc. They say part has to come from Italy and even after so many days there is no resolution. Pathetic service. Never recommend Faber

                                  I faced lot of problems while hub and chimney installation..

                                  Technician vamsi services were very bad..

                                  Small burner are not working properly. So gas leakage happened twice... Few day back technician jeevan attended and rectified

                                  Now again small burners are not working and auto ignation is not working.

                                  For this i called many local technician.. No one responding..

                                  Please rectify problem immediately..
