No/Bad after sales service

I purchased Faber Hob on Feb2015. It has a issue with on burner and logged a complaint (No.[protected] with Faber customer care. Service person visited couple of days after and said that he will be back with new burner within a week. He never came back, however periodically I do get calls from service center says that we are sending a person next day to resolve the issue. After a month on first complain, I logged another complaint (No.[protected]....

Respected Sir, We have purchased a FABER chimney for our kitchen from Authorised dealer from Rohini, Delhi. When we went for purchase the show room person was speaking very nice, demonstrating the features and talking so much about the customer service. But it become un-serviceable within 6 months. We are making complaints number of time at customer care number. One engineer visited last month and asked to pay Rs.600/- as visit charges and said defective part will be replaced within 7 days. After that we had made number of call at customer care, but all in vain. We purchased by payment of Rs.10, 000/- cash. The photocopy of cash memo given to the engineer.     We have logged the compliant about ignition problem since 4 Months. on receipt of the compliant they came five time but could not rectify still the problem is not resolved. we are tied by calling customer care frequently but no good response to be seen. if this is way customer is treated then will have to log this complaint to Faber CEO. Hope this massage reaches to him. On 9th Sept, 15 we have again registered the compliant but no one has turned till today and very poor response. Need quick action from your end and expect some to call us in this number to listen to our concerns. [protected]

      I have purchased a FABER chimney from Authorised dealer from M P NAGAR BHOPAL (mp). When we went for purchase the show room person was speaking very nice, demonstrating the features and talking so much about the customer service. But when the installation day come young guys with improper tools came and they were very incapable.They came for installation without sufficient gadgets.They have to cut the outer vertical cover, they told us to cut this in given size from local market and my husband waste around 3 hours in near market but there was no vendor who is ready to cut, then FABERS guy cut it with Sizzer and the cutting finish is not nice it has so many cutting DANTS at the lower side of verticle cover just in front. For this type of installation they charge 500/- for and 2000/- for aluminium Exahust pipe.I am very disappointed like this service of this well knowed brand FABER and i m not going to suggest anyone for faber because of this bad installation service. I bought this Chimney around Rs 14000/- and now after this type of installation i am feeling thai i have wasted my 14000/- for this terrible product. Please look in the matter if You can.         Faber ( Franke Faber India Ltd ) did not attend the complaint of maintenance of the chimney Model 2905 lodged on 24/05/15 Complaint No[protected] till today. Repeated contacts with Customer Care Service and the Fever franchisee: Mr. Asraf (Mobile No. [protected]) and the service area Manager, Delhi, Mr. Ramesh Singh did not meet with any success. In fact, for last three months they are harassing me by offering false promises. The chimney needed replacement of its two Charcoal filters and the Wire meshes urgently. Faber failed to provide me with such basic support. I have faced the similar problem with my earlier complaint No. [protected], which was registered on 22/08/12. The matter got resolved only after lodging a complaint in Consumer Forum. If this a regular practice of the company, then it should stop selling the product, instead of harassing the clients for buying the products. Regards. Dr. Papia Lahiri

          Hi Team, I have purchased a FABER chimney hob with four burner(HGG 754 CRS BR CI) in Bangalore and installed on Jan’2015. From day one I am facing heating problem with hob’s knob & burner and regarding this I raised following requests: •[protected] •[protected] •[protected] •[protected] Till date, my requests have not been resolved. Despite of making several complaints/calls no action has been taken to resolve my problem. All people(technician and head) from company’s South India region visited my place to verify the issue and no one replying to my email which I sent at ks-customercare.[protected]@franke.com/ace.[protected]@yahoo.com/[protected]@fab... with their south region heads. There is no SLA mechanism for raised request and Technical executive are closing the request without resolving the issue/putting false comments and even customer will not be informed. What a service! Company agreed that there is a fault in hob(HGG 754 CRS BR CI) and ready to replace with new one, then I selected the model?#?SSR? 754 XS BR CI as per company technician’s comments that no heating problem and hob issue will come in this model for this model I was ready to pay extra amount. After that company sent model #SSR 754 XS BR CI at my place by saying NEW ONE, but I found that it was OLD ONE then I sent back and asked them on 16th June 2015 to send the fresh model #SSR 754 XS BR CI and after that I follow-up many times and received the response that the production of model #SSR 754 XS BR CI has been stopped. I verified the 2015 catalogue and found that model#SSR 754 XS BR CI is a new model then how come the production of this product can be stopped and there is no availability of this product in the market. In this case, company needs to provide the update that when can I get model#SSR 754 XS BR CI but not one ready to response despite sending much email’s and calls.               Company has given life time warrenty for faber burner but 3 burner has been broken out of four burners Inspite of complain given to the company the complain is not attended and they are asking for burner cost to replace the burner we did argue with the company that why we should pay the cost when company offers/claims life time warranty for the buners.

                Hi, I name is Navaneetha A and i have purchases Faber HUB and Chimney in December 2014, and sorry to complaint that no service person attended till date even after giving multiple complaints and i have received a call from service guys and he said that he will come and attend on June 21, 2015 (sunday) however no person attended till date. This is not the first time he promised and not attended and it is multiple times the services are skipped and also no demo was given to us till date. Very very disgusting to say that we did not get the demo after taking the product for 8 months and not even a single services rendered in 8 month of time span, , Expecting early revert and our preferred timing are on Saturday 27, 2015 from
                very poor
                Our Faber Chimney is in contract for service since 2011 with Reliance Exports now known as Heatcraft, located in Goregaon (W) Mumbai.

                I made several calls to the aforesaid office, talked to Ms Alisha (cell no [protected]) Mr Raj Mukherjee ([protected] - 77) but I have failed to receive any service for our chimney & now the Service contract got over on 11/10/2015

                Very dissapointed with Faber Company. Paid Rs 2550 (chq no. 505005 date 12/10/2014) & facing this harassment everyday.

                Please take action against these service centre otherwise we will feel that Faber Company is also with them for cheating innocent buyers.

                    We had complained about one of the one of the arm of the frame on top of burner. It had come off from its welding joint. Faber technician visited promptly and assured that this will be covered in warranty and he would replace the burner frame. He asked for 1 day to revert. It's been 3 weeks since his visit.                           I want to raise a complaint against the service provided by Faber through one of its service centres located in Bangalore (Banaswadi) as my chimney has shattered and broken due to improper installation and the hob is damaged as the chimney fell onto it. Complaint number[protected] Complaint Date: 17th march 2015 Several calls have been made to the toll free # [protected]. The service was to be done by the local agent of Ace Services (Banaswadi). Calls have been made to Ace Services at tel #[protected]. The center manager Mr. Ravi assured that the service would be done maximum by 10th arpil and a new one be installed. Even after repeated calls and complaints there has been no response by them. After sending several mails to the customer care at customercare.[protected]@franke.com and [protected]@faberspa.com the reply from them was that the service manager Mr.Krishna Vamsi ([protected]) will personally look after this issue. At the customer care centre all they have asked me to do is talk to service manager who doesnt respond to the calls or mails anymore. I am fed up and tired of calling and sending them mails yet the Faber chimney remains unrepaired. I Request you for an early action and justice to this as this is the only option and hope for me.

                            I had complained regarding a problem in my Faber Hob in Nov, 2014. Mr. Pintoo Patel had come claiming he is from Faber and recommended us to purchase a 3 year contract for the Hob maintenance at Rs. 7000. He stated that Metro Kitchen Solution is the Mumbai Service Center agent for Faber. We had therefore paid the entire amount and have a receipt stating that contract is valid till November 2017. However now after contacting the numbers mentioned for last 1 week and receiving no satisfactory response, I have decided to lodge a complaint for refund of my amount.

                              a telephonic request was made by me on 25 may 2015 regarding a site visit as i am renovating my kitchen in delhi andhad selected a chimney, builtin hob, microwave and oven of your company and needed advice regarding electric points and cabinets. my request was accepted and i was promised that it will be done in next 48 hours. now it is 50hours plus and no show . thank god i am saved because if it cant take care of its customer to be, one can imagine kind of after sales service faber would be providing. thank you.

                                While putting on it is vibrating I think fan not working properly. Product purchased in march 2015.                                   i have purchased the hood (TRATTO PLUS LTW 90 G[protected])and hob (GAS GB 30 SSP CIG H[protected]) of faber from V4 HOMES, perinthalmanna, malapuram, kerala. It is still within the warranty period. Last week, when there was complaint for one of the three burners, i registered the same with Kitchen Care, Calicut, Kerala which is the authorised service centre. But even after calling daily to remind of the complaint, no technician has come so far, nor the technician called to ensure the repair. so i request you to look into the matter and get the grievance redressed.                                     This is in reference to our Service Order No.[protected] which was attended by Your Technician on 04/05/2015. In this regard, I would like to mention that I purchased this Chimney alongwith a Hob and Microwave of Faber Make from your Dealer situated earlier in Mandirtala, Howrah, West Bengal in a package for my new Apartment at Rajarhat and took delivery at my Howrah Address. I sincerely regret to mention that subsequently while transferring the goods, I misplaced the Warranty Card as well as Invoice etc. and could never find out the same. I can only remember that Goods were purchased in Mid 2013 around June – July. The machine number and details are all available in your system. If you kindly provide me duplicate of the papers, I will be grateful While on the subject to attend the complaint call on Chimney, Your Technician found out that Rotor is malfunctioning and it needs replacement which would cost Rs.810 including material and replacement charges as I do not have the original Warranty Card etc. More than Rs.810 for this time, I am concerned because Chimney is under long warranty as I understand and without Warranty card, it will be at risk for remaining period of 8 – 10 years. Could you please provide duplicate Warranty Card at your earliest convenience. While I tried to take it up with your Service Centre Operator, she replied negative and expressed her inability to help me. She even declined to give me the Customer Grievance Email Id or contact details. Your Dealer that time was operating from Mandirtala (Howrah, West Bengal)and now I suspect that he must have gone for winding up of the business as he is not traceable. I strongly believe that I did not make any mistake by showing confidence in Faber product by purchasing the package of Hob, Chimney, Microwave However, contacted and emailed at Faber Customer Care so many times since you do not have any grievance number, but the operators have stated that the LTW number isn't registered in their record and they are unable to provide us duplicate warranty card. Therefore, kindly acknowledge and resolve the problem soonest.
