This
is in reference to our Service Order No.[protected] which was attended by
Your Technician on 04/05/2015.
In
this regard, I would like to mention that I purchased this Chimney alongwith a
Hob and Microwave of Faber Make from your Dealer situated earlier in
Mandirtala, Howrah, West Bengal in a package for my new Apartment at Rajarhat
and took delivery at my Howrah Address. I sincerely regret to mention that
subsequently while transferring the goods, I misplaced the Warranty Card as
well as Invoice etc. and could never find out the same. I can only remember
that Goods were purchased in Mid 2013 around June – July. The machine number
and details are all available in your system. If you kindly provide me
duplicate of the papers, I will be grateful
While
on the subject to attend the complaint call on Chimney, Your Technician found
out that Rotor is malfunctioning and it needs replacement which would cost
Rs.810 including material and replacement charges as I do not have the original
Warranty Card etc.
More
than Rs.810 for this time, I am concerned because Chimney is under long
warranty as I understand and without Warranty card, it will be at risk for
remaining period of 8 – 10 years. Could you please provide duplicate Warranty
Card at your earliest convenience.
While I tried to take it up with your Service Centre
Operator, she replied negative and expressed her inability to help me. She even
declined to give me the Customer Grievance Email Id or contact details.
Your Dealer that time was operating from Mandirtala (Howrah,
West Bengal)and now I suspect that he must have gone for winding up of the
business as he is not traceable.
I strongly believe that I did not make any mistake by
showing confidence in Faber product by purchasing the package of Hob, Chimney,
Microwave
Kindly
acknowledge and resolve the problem at the earliest.
