Made a complaint on 21.04.22 regarding non functioning of above appliance.

More tan 10 days have passed.

Till date the desired part, pin no 9 for the large burner, has not been supplied to me. As a result my hob is not functioning satisfactorily.

    Non Functioning of Chimney and partial functioning of Hob.

    I made a service request to Faber customer care no. [protected] regarding Chimney and Hob on 7th April 2022.
    One technician visited after two days and said the motor and blower of Chimney need to be changed.
    I agreed and he never returned. My many phone calls to the Manager ([protected]) are not being answered.

    My 4 month old faber chimney is not working. i lodged a complaint through customer care on 02.04.2022. My complaint no is Del[protected]. After visit of the executive it is found that motor and control circuits are not working and they will replace it. it has been more than 20 days i am following up but no one is responding and changing the defaulted parts.

      I had made a complaint to change the pin( Size 9) of the large burner on Monday 18.04.22
      Earlier on 07.03.22, the same complaint was lodged as the flame is not powerful.
      Earlier the technician came and supplied pin n0 11 making unstable flame for the large burner.

      Till date no one visited my house to rectify the defect

        Hi Team,

        This is related to Faber Chimney complaint I’d MUM[protected] which I had bought in the year Dec 2020, installed in Feb 2021 and started using from June 2021. Attached invoice for your reference.

        I would like to draw your attention to the first complain I had raised via telephonic on 2nd March and further 5 times on different dates in March followed by email complaint on email I’d KS-customercare.[protected]@franke.com on April 2nd.

        Despite making so many complaints over call and email lmm ka duing last one and half month we have not received any satisfactory response from your end. As per your team the motor has been damaged and part of the same is not available. However it’s been more than 4 weeks we have not heard it back about the parts and hence I demand the replacement of the Chimney.

        Due to non functional of chimney from last one and half month my new kitchen interior has been badly affected. This is primarily because of extremely poor after sales service from the company.

        I want the immediate action to be taken against this or else I would further make the complaint to consumer forum.

          Regarding chimney damage

          I just bought and got installed Faber 90cm 1500mm/ hr worth ₹20600 and within 3 hours, its glass got blasted and spread all over my house with so many eye witnesses. Now the company is taking no responsibility neither its glass which is worth ₹3500 nor its installation error which becomes the main reason of its glass breakage. Please refund my money or provide me with new glass of chimney and proper Installation as well

            I bought Faber Autoignition cooktop 8 months back. In these 8 months, I have had to call the company support team 4 times. They come to resolve the problem and in the next 20 days there comes a new problem.

            I am fed with the product now. Now, this product is becoming a hazard to my home. If I could get a replacement it will be highly appreciated.

              I called for faber chimney service, looked out on google for the number and booked a compliant. someone promptly came and took the chimney claiming certain things have to be checked.

              One guy called Rajesh called and told that Motor, PCB board was the issue. he said Motor is under life time warranty and can be changed without charges. Paid 7800 for PCB board.

              Just before delivering the chimney he calls to say, that the wiring kit needs to be changed, I heard him say its around 200+, but charged me 3, 800/-

              they committed to get all this done in 3-4 days and took more than 2 weeks

              I found their mode of interaction fishy and called the faber customer care to raise a complaint with them. came to know that these guys are not authorized service center. Not sure where I missed, but BEING FABER CUSTOMER IS BEING VULNERABLE TO CHEATS

                Newly supplied Cooking range FCR 114L 5B HECIR has failed with in 30 days of delivery.

                It is shocking to note that inspite of charging 1.0 lacs and above, this machine has failed within 30 days.

                It.shows how bad the product quality and reliability of Faber products.

                I have raised demand to replace the unit with new cooking range as it has failed like a Chinese product and cannot be trusted.

                Awaiting actions from Faber India.

                  We purchased a Faber Mixer Grinder 1000W on 26th January 2022 from Reliance Digital at New Prabhadevi. On 9th Feb we realised that the smallest jar (which was never used) was not working and hence lodged a complaint. The technician came in and said that the part needs to be replaced. Between 15th Feb '22 and 23rd March '22 I have called them multiple times and get the same answer that the part has not yet arrived. If a newly bought mixer is non-functional shouldn't someone look into it seriously??
                  I tried to contact their Zonal officer Mr. Sandeep Salvi but either the phone is busy or is not picked up. Even sent him a whatsapp msg with my complain number but no response yet.

                    Chimney toughened glass blasted

                    I had bought the Faber chimney in year 2019 but on 20th March 2022, its toughened glass got blasted.It was fortunate for my family that no one gets any injury but it is a very pathetic as it can lead to a major damage to my family if they were present near the gas stove.All the glass was scattered all over the kitchen and room.What sort of product you are providing to customer.Playing with life of customer.I want my damage to be fixed by...

                    I called Faber guys to service my chimney and to change the knob yesterday he fixed but after that I am switching on one another one is automatically switching on

                      I had purchased Faber cooktop on 9th Feb and almost after two weeks the two out of three knobs do not work properly.
                      It's been almost 6 days now complaint being registered without solution.
                      Since the product is under warrenty I thought the service would be free but the company asks for travel expenses as the technician has to visit my home (Katni MP) from different city Jabalpur and these charges were not at all explained to me while selling the product.
                      I'm very disappointed with the service as I trusted the brand name and bought the product thinking I'll get quick and free service across India but tired with follow-ups.
                      Request Faber to look into this matter urgently and do not charge customers for travel as it's part of the service if you really want to be ahead of your competitors.

                        The Faber gas burners are faulty and need to be replaced Every year. I purchased this Faber gas hob 2 years ago and have already replaced the burners twice paying rs4000, each burner costing rs2000. Now again the burner is giving trouble and will need to be replaced. If this problem continues, I will be spending rs4000 every year because Fabre is manufacturing faulty gas burners. I am attaching a picture to show that there is a gap between the burner parts, because of which the flame doesn’t burn properly.

                          I have purchase faber burner in the month of may 2021 and from past one momth it is continuously making noise when i lit up the burner. I have already registered a complaint kn customer care but from their end they automatically closed it even though the issue haven't resolved yet.
                          Technician already visited couple of times and he told that everything he have done but he also unable to find the root cause of this issue.
                          Note : this product is under warranty.

On 01 Jan 2022 one incident took place in our kitchen in which my daughter's got inherited on their feets and unable to walk. Therefore, it is my humble request to kindly do the chimney service and replace hub/Hood which is manufactured defectively.

                              I Have been Following Faber service team to repair my 2 Oxypure Veritable Cleaner since last 4 months, but no response from them called local team several times but they just hopeless,

                              Both Oxypure has been repaired previously also but every time both stopped working after 3-4 weeks and for these rapier they have taken 2-3 months .

                              In total 12 months, 7 months product was lying with Faber service centre to get repaired


                              i have sent mail to them for this issue, but no response from them, they just casually say sir, we will send our engineer shortly, but even after this since last 2 months no one turned up to repair the parts

                                Auto close and open of my new Faber chimney Apex mode stopped working within 1 month of purchase. Complaint raised and ticket registered with BLR[protected].
                                Till now almost 2 months over and motor replacement as per ticket is not done . Status on every follow up is in Transit and comes next week.

                                  My self SASI KUMAR V.P, user of FABER Kitchen stove, Hobe and chimmini bought from your authorized dealer at Calicut, Kerala during 2017.
                                  The product performance and quality is good so far.
                                  As you know any product which is not maintained and serviced properly shall be useless in short span of time.
                                  I have been getting service promptly till last year. But Very sorry to state that now a days your service personals approach is not at all satisfactory and NOT responding to service call properly and promptly .
                                  Iam badly waiting for a service for my FEBER KITCHEN STOVE . (Called last two Saturdays (( 8th and 15th Jan) and not nobody turned up for service))
                                  Request you to pls make arrangements to give aservice on this Saturday *22nd January 2022 when Iam there at my home.

                                  Please note that Service is a the main area where a customer focus rather than any thing else.

                                  Hope you understood the seriousness and pls do the needful to rectify the mistake at your service center (where they treat customer calls are mere jokes) and pls do arrange me a service on this 22nd January 2022.

                                  Being a good rated and reputed company, Hope to get a favorable response from your end urgently in this matter.
                                  please find attached here with my warranty card ( only to show the serial number and details of my product) and last service center (where now a days Iam getting very very p[oor response) for your reference.
