    There was a small blast under the hop due to LPG gas accumalation.
    The problem was with the inlet connection from LPG cylinder to hop.
    Thank fully the blast didn't reach the gas cylinder and also nobody was hurt.
    There was damage to our woodwork in this process .
    We filed a complaint and no official came from Faber company to review the situation for two days.
    After two days, one service person reluctantly came and blamed the mishap on the person who did the Hop installation. This is highly irresponsible behavior from the Faber guys.

        Not getting customer support for repairing a faulty electric oven. It was attended by the local service provider several times, but need the heating coil to be replaced.
        Local service centre expressed their inability to get new coils as this model is now out of manufacture. Faber brought new model ovens and the coils are not available anywhere.
        The issue is already intimated to Faber customer care but nothing is happening.
        How Faber can say that spares are not available for a product purchased 5 years back.
        How people will buy Faber products if there is no support after 5 years?
        Do they want us to throw out their products after few years as they are bringing new products with out supporting what is in use?

          Faber Chimney - Hood Topaz 3D T2S2 BK PB LTW 60
          Installed : SKY Enterprises on 26th Sep 2018
          Started making weird noises and stops sometimes : May 2022
          Service requested : May 2022
          Service attended by VIGNESH ENTERPRISES : July 1st 2022
          Service report : Motor not working
          Technician visit : VIGNESH ENTERPRISES : Aug 2nd 2022

          Technician refuses to install the motor stating that active carbon filter is not being used.

          Spoke to his supervisor who insists that I need to install active carbon filter and take up some warranty and only then he will install the replacement motor.

          I don't see any link between motor failure and active carbon filter and it was not suggested by Faber during original installation in Sep 2018 or during service visit on July 1st 2022.

          Faber local authorized service centers are scamming people to buy carbon filters / warranty.

          Filters or warranty should be left to the discretion of the customer.

          In conclusions, even after 2-3 months, Faber and its customer care sucks. I went for the brand and now I regret. Hope someone seeing this complaint has the heart to fix this without additional harassment to the customer.

          I don't want any filters or warranty. Just fix the replacement motor and allow me to use the chimney in peace.

          Had multiple conversations with local agency VIGNESH ENTERPRISES and Faber Regional Head and customer service. They both continued to insist that putting a active carbon filter is important and only then Motor replacement will be done.

          Finally, I had to give in to this and agree for them to come and replace the faulty motor which is still in warranty on the condition that I will also get the active carbon filters installed.

          Local agency head called and promised technician will come to replace the faulty motor in a couple of days. I finally cancelled a brand new replacement chimney that I had ordered as I thought that the problem is finally getting resolved.

          Finally, after a lot o[censored]ncertainty, technician visits, disassembles the chimney and concludes that he got the wrong part !! Promises to come in a day and the wait continues

          Faber customer support and service in Mumbai is pathetic.

          I strongly advice you to think of alternate options for Faber products as they are only interested in installing new ones and not really bothered about customer service post that. Its frustrating.

          Waiting with meagre hope to see if they really have some ethics to complete their job which has been pending for close to 3-months now.

            Don't buy Faber products..!!!

            I wish to complain about my Faber cooktop Onyx 3BB BK CI that I purchased on 24 July 2021 at Kohinoor Lifestyle Kandivali West Mumbai - 400067

            I am complaining because your product is not good and poor quality. Only 11 months we have used and now the cooktop condition looks very bad. I have not used this cooktop in a way that would cause any damage. To resolve this problem I would like you to replace the cooktop as soon as possible.

            I called Kohinoor store to inform about the condition of the product and the lady told me that appointment was fixed and our technician will visit at your property to review the cooktop. Your technician was told that the condition of the cooktop is horrible and he can’t repair so he had taken a picture of the cooktop, bill and warranty details and sent to the Faber company.

            But now Kohinoor is telling that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because the product is within the warranty period and I need a replacement. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

            Unhappy with your resolution…!!! How can you guys ask money to repair the cooktop. You guys are cheating the CUSTOMERs and I never seen a fraud cooktop company like you. At the time of selling cooktop, the shopkeeper said that if you face ANY PROBLEM with the cooktop you can come to us and we will replace the product if it is in warranty period. Now what happened…!!! The material you have used was third class quality, only 11 months we have used and now the cooktop condition looks very horrible. Your 2 representatives called and asked me send the image of my cooktop and I did the same. After inspecting my home to check my cooktop, how you guys can say that this fault is not comes under warranty. You guys are bunch of ###…!!! Not even one year completed, only 11 months we have used and see the condition of my cooktop. Am just worried about my cooktop after few days how it will look…? The response you guys had given it was unfair because the product is within the warranty period, I need a replacement and I would like to have this problem fixed quickly.

            Please don, t buy cooktop from Faber. once the product deliver, they dont care about the CUSTOMER problem, the product is within the warranty period. So better you can go with other cooktop company.

                  Dear Support team,
                  I have purchased the Chimney on 01.07.2022 from Vasanth & Co- Sholinganallur location and Chimney Model No: HOOD EEL3D BK60 SL.No:G[protected].

                  On same day 01.07.2022 the FABER installation technician came for installation (Kitchen Care Services, Thoraipakkam chennai 600097).
                  During installation the outer black cover meatal sheet was wrongly cutted for cable routing and they managed the damaged area by using the black insulation tape and also Not used right fasteners and not aligned the cover according to hole match to fix the screws While I asking the technician why you have done like this, he replied that was happed unknowingly!!! ( I cant understand such answer from the Technician) and was irresponsible.( Technician Name: Karthi Sasi Contact No: [protected]).some what they managed the work and they left.

                  Paid 3500 for over all material & installation which is not at all acceptable for such improper installation.

                  Next day from 02.07.2022 till today 21.07.2022 I was following with Kitchen Care Services team for asking the replacement of the damage cover, but no proper response till today. ( Contact No:[protected]) i have shared all the photos of the damaged cover and but still every time they are asking the photos and details.

                  Henceforth, i kindly requesting you to look into this matter and arrange for the replacement of the chimney as soon as possible. ( Appreciate if done by end of this week).

                    I purchased the Faber gas hob in Dec 2019 and after 3 months the problem started with big burners. There is a gap that comes in between the burner parts because of which the flame does not come properly, pictures of which will be attached below. Since 2019 i have already replaced the burner thrice and now 4th time it has happened again. The cost that i pay every time for the burner is Rs2200, which i am paying for no fault of mine, The Faber burners are of such utterly poor quality that every 5-6 months i need to replace the burners. The Faber manager Prem of Sarjapur road branch Bengaluru tells me its happening because of poor maintenance and depends on usage. Firstly i want to make it clear that i dont wash the burners so there is no question of me damaging the burners. Secondly when he talks o[censored]sage, is he trying to say that i should just keep the gas for show and not use it. I have been receiving unreasonable answers from the Faber tech team. Please find a solution for the recurring problem. Faber should be bearing the burner cost as its a poor quality burner.

                      -27 may 2022 raised the complaint about the gas leakage issue.
                      - customer care no[protected] purchased agency SREE chimney world ([protected])
                      - Gas leakage issue after few weeks of purchase, that is also we observed, like everyday morning went to kitchen then gas smell is coming even all are off also, it is happening before also while observed that time it is more smell is coming then we realized this issue is coming with gas stove, all are new ones like regulator and pipes then, after some days, this is issue with the gas stove. This gas stove looks like all good then need confirmation, we raised the complaint, after a week one service guy come and checked and he confirmed issue is there, gas is leaking and He collected the documents about the that "Faber 4 burner gas stove" like warranty card and those. And He said like as of now these parts are not available, we order those parts, once come, i will call back like said. After that many days also parts are not came. whenever the customer care we are calling they said we put you on higher priority, but still that priority also they not consider I think. same dialogue repeat, when we call after few days also.
                      And additionally they provide the phone number of that agency, if we call that number is always "switched off". This product they will sale but they will not take of the service related complaints. These are not safe to purchase and use, if we not observing well in this we compromise our own safety.

                            How can new Febar branded stove got bust within 3 months of operational. I want report on this issue. Please support immediately. Else It will be circulate in social media.

                              Dear Team,

                              I have faber company HOB as mentioned in subject line. Burners of this HOB got damaged within 3 years of purchase. Now I am calling to faber comany customer care to know the price of burners but they are clearly telling that they don't know the price of burners. Price of burners will be told by the service engineer who will be visiting the complaint. Now I got two different rates from 2 different service engineers of faber. Being a customer I want to know the burners rate from company side and not from the vendors who are visiting. In this process vendors are looting customers like anything.

                                This is Ujwala Pongurlekar we purchased feber gas on 14/2/22 from Vijay sales as we are renovating our house we installed gas on 28/3/22 and after that we are suffering a lot ... Even installation time also ignition was not working properly but technician told us that after 15 days it will work smoothly. But it doesn't work at all then we call many times to feber as well as Vijay sales. Then again one technician came he recognised fault... But he said now I can't chenge wire without asking my senior technician.even we spoke with him but he said send me the video and still the problem is as it is. now the big gas Burner can't lightened up with lighter also ... Don't know what to say. Very pathetic customer service atall . Now I want replacement. This is enough. We didn't give you more proof now . What you people are trying to say that we are lying. Our gas is working smoothly and still we are always complaining. This is ridiculous. Otherwise I have to go in consumer court.

                                  I PURCHASED FABER HOOD APEX FL HC SC BK 60, VIDE INVOICE NO.DKK-B-SIA1310 DT[protected].FROM VIJAY SALES, KALKAJI NEW DELHI.
                                  The door of the chimney is not functioning now. i made a complaint on[protected], via customer care. The executive came after 3-4 days, but didnot resolve the issue. he said parts has to be replaced, he will fix it within a week's time. but didnot turn up. after that i made several calls in customer care and also to the executive. It is more than a month now, and my complaint is yet to be resolved. I purchased Faber chimney seeing good reviews of them.did not expect such lethargic attitude by a reputed company. I hope the company takes action and my complaint be resolved soon.

                                      Service centre (Mr. Pramod) and service engineer (Mr. Indersen) are misguiding from last 4 months and now saying to speak to call centre.
                                      Service centre and engineer are having some nexus and closed the complaints without resolution and they gives different statements on every interaction

                                        We bought complete appliances except washer/dryer for two apartments in Bangalore in 2019. The Dealership first cheated us by selling discontinued products as we could not see those models any more. Further, the owners manual for microwave oven and built in convection oven is just not readable. The technicians who came for demo have no clue how they operate and tried to play around to figure out how it works unsuccessfully. This happened three times. I complained several times, the company has still not provided us the readable manual or an online version of it.

                                        The dishwasher stoped working completely and I have given complaint 5 days back. Twice the technician called saying he is coming that day but didn't turn up. I am really frustrated with the service and I am stuck with 2 full sets of appliances in our two flats.
