Complaint marked as Resolved I purchased online shopping thru Fabindia by March month, but they are not delivering good quality product, after that i returned the product immediately, after i had discuss with fabindia customer service about my money back, they are not return my money and they are forcing me to exchange the product, i received second time also and increased 100 rs, but that product quality also very cheaper and not looking not good.One again i returned back to fabindia and i discuss with customer service for money back, but that time also they are not giving my money. they replied that we will provide one vocher no and use for another online shopping. But for the last 8 months i follow up with Fabindia customer service about my money back, but they are not return my money 1, 390 rs, So can you please help us to solve this issue and return my money very properly.
i was asking from long time but didnot place it and telling it is in process
from last one year they are doing same.
