My order number is 1620. I purchased a dress from fabity and it's been more then 10 days, i haven't received my dress yet. They do not reply to my emails, they do not pick up the calls. Once some guy picked up the phone and gave me wrong information about my delivery. I swear i will never buy anything from fabity. My messages and request is completely being ignored which is highly rude. Before you try to come back with some kick-# reply just remember i have my email details with me which i sent you. Secondly, on return policy under refund it says refund is in form of cash note. Correct me if I'm wrong but that is deceptive as both are separate entities.
