Hi,
Last year i purchased two jackets from fabity. First of all the order got delayed by almost a season. Then when i did not like quality of product, they mentioned that they don't return money and it's saved as credit points which is conveyed only via email.
Now, when i thought i will buy some other stuff, i notice that they don't even update the inventory which has total 72 products not updated since november 2017.
As a last resort when i am trying to reach out to them they are not responding - neither on whatsapp nor email.
