no refund of money and no response from the company

Hi,

Last year i purchased two jackets from fabity. First of all the order got delayed by almost a season. Then when i did not like quality of product, they mentioned that they don't return money and it's saved as credit points which is conveyed only via email.

Now, when i thought i will buy some other stuff, i notice that they don't even update the inventory which has total 72 products not updated since november...

My order number is 1620. I purchased a dress from fabity and it's been more then 10 days, i haven't received my dress yet. They do not reply to my emails, they do not pick up the calls. Once some guy picked up the phone and gave me wrong information about my delivery. I swear i will never buy anything from fabity. Bad quality

I ordered a skirt frm fabity.looking at the photo it looked quite nice and the material written over there was georgette.when i finally recieved it, it looked like the ones we wear under a saree.nyways i returned the product and they said they dont return the money so they gave me a voucher.Again with all hopes i ordered another skirt.hoping for better quality.but again the same case.bad bad quality.no fitting, no style..i have given up on...
