Fabnio — poor quality of product | |
I had purchased a soft silk saree for rs.999/- (Delivery charges rs.100/-) and made cash payment. It was delivered on sunday february 24, 2019. The quality was very poor and not at all like the image as shown on website. Further the first part of the saree (Other end of the saree other than the blouse attached) had printed material which cannot be worn without it showing. This was not displayed in the image and i had no idea about it. Now it cannot be worn. Kindly replace the saree and return the amount. I am not able to go to the return policy as the same is not being highlighted on the website. The order number is awb:[protected] and through snapdeal. It was delivered via xpressbees. Colour of the saree is royal blue with big polka dots and orange blouse piece. You may kindly refund the amount and take the product back Was this information helpful? | |
