I sonal thavi received a parcel of defective saree from fabnio on 9/3/2020. Order no. Sg43079. Tracking no. —[protected].

Ordered received is totally different from order placed. Rs.1400/- paid as cash on delivery. So tried to returned the same & asked for refund by sending emails but no respond from them. One respond is its same products as ordered by you. Its quoted as under —

"the product is same as describe & specification, all the description about product is mention on website and dispatched after your confirmation.. If you want any other information please visit the return policies & terms & condition. If any other issue in product then send the bill and attach the picture of received product, we will check in camera and then revert you, otherwise,
Your product is non refundable or not accept for replacement.
Thank you"

Did the needful but no use. There was no response ever after. Its a fraud site along with fraud company & courier delivered by rapi delivery is also fraud company. They have a chain business of cheating the customers.

Please take a strict actions so that no one should be cheated by these fraud companies.

I have ordered a saree from fabnio on line vide order no. Sg4307g (Product no. Kkbn7284) which was delivered to me on 09/03/2020 (Delivery no.[protected] through rapi delivery couriers (Which is fraud courier company along with fabnio.
- the product i received against the order was different than what have displayed on the website in texture, design and quality.

-i tried to contact customer care of fabnio ([protected]), but no response.

- wrote several mails to their email i'd [protected]@fabnio.com for return of the product and refund of money. Always got the same msg' product is same as described and specification.

- they are involved in fradulant practices. The same may kindly be stopped for further damage to anyone.

- kindly take initiative so that i will get back my refund.

Purchased 1 saree for 1399 but the saree receive not worth for even 200, they cheating us using silk saree photos and sending cheap products, please take action on this company, they have cheated many like this, hope i will get refund and they can take back there saree, i ordered from sareego.com is there website but there is a other company also involved that is fabnio

When order as picture shown ..about rs 1400 but received wrong and cheap material saree..n there is no return process or cash back method in website..nor any valid phones...i strongly recomend do not belive this cheaters ..fabnio.com sarees...

If any ### of this company have guts or soul contact me on [protected] * and they are using shadowfax courier their partners for shipments...

I ordered cotton silk sareematerial, but they delivered material is very cheap quality materials and its not even cotton silk, and its not worth for 1099rs. Please change the material as immediately as possible. Or otherwise collect the product and return the case.
Very worst cousterservice. Always their phone no switched off no proper mail id. The worst service i ever met.

Bought a saree through online, which was very beautiful n attractive in thier website but received entirely different product which looks like very low quality bedsheet. As per return policy, send an email with photos, they replied that they sent the actual product, they can't either give refund or exchange. After that they didn't reply for the emails.

Honestly regret not having seen these reviews earlier. I ordered soft silk saree from silk craft and received a a saree of shiny cheap material and not having proper finishing and dimensions. The rto details written on the shipment is sareecraft, 202, madhav shopping centre, godadara nehar, surat, 395010. On sending an email to [protected]@fabnio.com, the mail was not accepted due to mail box is full at [protected]@fabnio.com. I have not received any response. The customer care number for contact is always busy or switched off. They have no customer centricity and are a disgrace to other such startups.

The saree which we have recieved from the fabnio is not up to the mark and is not good at all and we are requisting to refund the money and take back the product. If this is not done we will issue a complaint to the police station. We request the needed to be done as fast as possible. Please give the contact no of this company. The product which we have recieved is different and the product which we seen in the mobile is different.

I ordered 2 sarees worth 1400 each. They looked like silk aaree online but the material received was like tissue material and not even worth 500 rupees. They are not replying to any email sent to “[protected]@fabnio.com”. Their customer care number is switched off. They have cheated me and I will surely log a complaint against them and make them pay for cheating many customers like me.

I had oder a sari online from fabio. The online sari which they showed was a silk sari in black with pallu in red. The cost of the sari was rs 1099. The one which i received is if a low quality material which is worth than polyester. I am trying to contact them via mail for return of the goods. Which the mailbox is overquota and the mails are not deliveringare

I have ordered for 2 sarees in fabnio by paying rs. 2798. I got an email confirmation that payment is successful and saree's will be dispatched soon. Order number is #32023. I ordered on 25-jan, and no response till date. I havent got any sarees till today (25-mar). No response to phone calls as well.

I learnt that they have opened one more site fabkite and doing the same fraud. Pls be careful

Saree sent was cheap product costs hardly 100/- rs. And cost me 1100/- rs. Return back my amount. I had ordered for beauteous green and pink color silk designed saree-fn941 which cost rs.1499/- with discount it cost rs.999/- add delivery charges rs.100/- in total i paid rs.1100/- but on delivery i got a cheap saree hardly cost rs.100/-. So refund me back my rs.1100/-

I buyed Saree from Saree collection Frm instagram. It was of 1500. Silk Saree Whch I wanted for the marriage. I received the one is not of. The material silk. I have returned it back. Now I want my money back. Or exchange. I called so mANY TIMEs at the CUSTOMER CARE but the mbl no. Is switched off. Plz call me or give me contact no. Where I can get help.

Fabnio site will show very beautiful saree images in site. But i have received cheap quality item instead of a silk saree that i have ordered. Cost was 999/- with shipping charges total was 1099/-. My fabnio order awb:[protected], 1 item (S) of rs 1099.00 is deliverd via xpressbees. For return policy they are asking bank details, mailing address etc. It is very dangerous. Smartly they are making us disclose our information it is a fake site which is just doing fraud. Such sites should be banned and action must be taken immediately.

I have ordered pink color soft silk designer saree fn707 (Saree costs rs.1099 + delivery charges rs.100) on paid on delivery basis & order no. 37909 on dt:[protected]. But received very cheap material. Which costs not lessthan rs.100 even.

I have contacted the customer care people through email but they are not responding properly.

I have bought from fabnio a soft silk saree. The product was very nicely shown in picture hence thought it was a nice product and purchased. But after receiving the product it was like shining curtain cloth packed and cheated us a soft silk saree. When i asked for exchage or refund, they refused it and are not lifting the call. Its been more than a week and still no response from them.

The products(sarees) shown on the site were completely different from what were delivered to such. The prints, color patterns and quality of the cloths as mentioned on the website were of much higher grade and quality. This was a clear case of customer defrauding of showing something else on the website and delivering another item.

It was a “bait and switch” maneuver, as we were promised “one thing”, for which we have paid, but then receive “another thing”. For verification of the product which I ordered, I am herewith attaching the description of the sarees as shown on the site along with its link and photo of the sarees as received by us:

Purchased a sari for rs.999 and paid by cash rs.1099 (Including rs.100/- delivery charges). Ordered royal blue sari with orange pallu. Supposed to be soft silk but the sari was of very cheap quality. Not even worth rs.100/- customer care number is not there. The return policy sign does not get highlighted so we are not able to click on that. Delivered on february 24, 2019 and now i am stuck with this. The fabnio order no. Awb:[protected]. Having different print from what was shown in the image. Delivered by xpressbees

I had purchased a soft silk saree for rs.999/- (Delivery charges rs.100/-) and made cash payment. It was delivered on sunday february 24, 2019. The quality was very poor and not at all like the image as shown on website. Further the first part of the saree (Other end of the saree other than the blouse attached) had printed material which cannot be worn without it showing. This was not displayed in the image and i had no idea about it. Now it cannot be worn. Kindly replace the saree and return the amount. I am not able to go to the return policy as the same is not being highlighted on the website. The order number is awb:[protected] and through snapdeal. It was delivered via xpressbees. Colour of the saree is royal blue with big polka dots and orange blouse piece.
You may kindly refund the amount and take the product back

Bought a black saree after seeing the advertisement.when I opened the parcel to my shock saree look like curtain material.They said soft silk.One side is black other side is white.It had white lines on the body.Customer care number they don't answer.I sent so many emails.They have a standard reply which they sent.No use.Why I am bring it to your notice like me no lady should buy from these kind of people.T

Fabnio brand is not attending to grievances as the phone number given on website [protected] is always busy and emails are never replied. Though the company has a return / exchange policy given on website but they never attend customers.

Fabnio products are duplicate products. They cheated me by selling cheaper products. If i call them they won't respond. I mailed them about there product plz i want to return it bcoz it's not product shown in pic and the fabric is less quality plz refund us but they r not accepting my request nor they r reply they have cheated us for rs.1500/-. Lts my request not to purchase fabnio products the saree which was send to me was so cheaper quality at least won't worth of rs.100/-

This is the worst company ever. It sells default material. I ordered 5 saree's and they are completely useless. I m regreting now.. I will surely file a case against this company and i request everyone not to get distracted by just looking at the saree.. They all are fake. And the number which they have provided doesnt belong to anyone.. Moreover no one picks the call. Fake company!! Fake people!! Stay away!!

I ordered online saree through fabnio. They sent defective piece and now the customer care number is not available. The saree is just useless piece of #. They are big time cheaters. Never never never order from them. I have lost 1099 rupees. They are just there to mint money. The picture of the product they show is so beautiful but the delivered product is not even worth a pocha. The duster is much better than their saree. Please don't fall prey to their website pictures
