I recieved "sony 32000mah power bank with free bluetooth", when i open both products were not packed properly inside, and power bank is damage and pair parts ar all opened and bluetooth is not working condition and also . bluetooth is not charging properly and power bank is totoal fake both products are local made, on power bank its written clearly manufactured in china, so i dropped mail to info. this are product ar supplying is a not a original this are fake.and what im order the product is not in the box . and i order the power bank is other he is send the power bank is other... Bluetooth is no connecting option ...(1) i am order this product uploaded 1st two picture...
(2)and he is given the parcel of product is damaged uploaded next 3rd and more photos...

Today I find my order product
When I open the parcel I found that Power bank is not Sony.
I found in the box POWER BANK of MI PLUS.
It is cheating with me because I ordered Sony power bank but you send me Mi Plus .
I want my real ordered product.

I recieved "sony 32000mah power bank with free bluetooth" vide- WAYBILL[protected], through your site and uses only 10 days but it totally discharges not covering full charges of 2 mobiles.
So, requested to replace original Sony 32000 mAH power bank at an early date.

Yesterday i received my parcel, when i open the parcel i found that power bank is not sony.
I got wrong product of MI PLUS power bank
with dead wireless bluetooth.
The total price of my order was Rs.849/-

Tilldate ( 18Feb/2019), I didint received my power bank from Factorysales.biz.

I had reminded thru emails several times.

No reply.

I had purchased a 32000mAh Power Bank & Get I7 Wireless Headset Free for Rs. 799.00 on 14/03/19 - Order DHFS93279699, till date I have not recd the same, also the contact number given - [protected] is always switched off(another bogus number).

I guess I've been robbed of the money.

Even I faced the same problem and received the item today. I ordered Huawei sports Bluetooth headset but received damaged and used local headset along with local power bank (brand mentioned on too is Sony but there is no product contains 32000mah in Sony brand). I sent a mail to them to take the products and refund the amount but there is no reply. Atleast soneone can take action against them and their website to do not show fake information to the customers.
