Regarding unauthorised loan amount disbursed in my name

Hi,
This is to inform you that, my civil is showing a loan amount of 40000 which got issued on May 2021. I have neither applied for this loan nor i received any amount. Please remove this loan from my name as it is affecting my civil score....

Wrongly mentioned on my cibil score.

I checked my cibil score and there it was mentioned enquiry amount of ₹30000 and type personal loan from fairassets. I have never even heard there nam before, what kind of fraudulent activity is this ? I would like to bring this to recorded medium, and give the company a fair chance to explain themself before a strict legal action is taken against them....

Credit card issued

Sir,
I want to inform you that I have never applied for a credit card but according to the CIBIL score report it shows that I have taken credit card.
Kindly take appropriate measures so that my CIBIL score report will improve.

Over Charging money even after making payments. (PL 1001271731)

The above account number has been Charged Rs.40018 as bounce charges, despite paying all the EMI's and clearing the dues of the past.The system at Fairassets Technology has not updated the payments made through the Link sent from their staff and the organisation is sending people to doorstep and harassing the customer.They have even created bad image to all the neighbours and are projecting wrong information on mails...

Fairassets Technologies Fake enquiry for Personal loan

Address:Lemon Tree Hotel, 5C & 5D, 5th Floor, Sector 60, Gurugram, Haryana 122011

I was checking my cibil score, i found out there is an entry of personal loan of worth 1 Lakh in Credit Enquiries section, the fact is, I never took any personal loan in anyway, and date reported of this personal loan is 10/1/2022,

addition in that, in contact information section - address history - personal address category - there company name is mentioned along with my postal code, in the matter this fraud company do this...

I didnot asked for any personal loan enquiry of Rs30000 as I am a student and I intend on taking action on others also.This is first time I am seeing this.Please take necessary legal action...

Loan closed but still showing due in my cibil

I don't have any unpaid due towards loan.
then why it's showing pending in my cibil.

There is a enquire about credit card from FAIRASSETS and i never did that and that is effecting my CIBIL Score is this company even real like how and why are they destroying others life by destroying others CIBIL score....

Wrong Information in Cibil

See despite saying many times they are reporting wrong information in cibil.. I have taken 3 loans of 1000 each from mudrakwik and repaid before time.. In my cibil fairassets are reporting overdue of this which affected my score badly.. I requested them many times to correct even send them bank statement still they are adamant and showing wrong information.. If this continue I will complaint in police and rbi against fairassets.. So request...

Unauthorised usage my pan card and name taken loan and cibil score goes down

Someone have done a unauthorised usage of my pan card and my name to take a personal loan of Rs.756/- in the month of feb 2022 under number - xxxxxx0242

This company has made an credit card enquiry (My cibil report shows)

I never asked these people for LOAN or credit ! Fraudulent activity
