Hi, I am Nildeep Choudhury and on checking my Cibil today i have found an enquiry from Fairassets regarding credit card application for an amount of 30, 000 which i have not made.

I had no communication whatsoever with anyone from Fairassets and i had not applied for any credit card from them.

This is a blatant violation of my rights. How can they make unauthorized enquiry for a credit which i did not apply for.

As a result my credit score went down. If they don't fix this nonsense i will complain in Consumer Complaint Helpline of Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India

    I never ever did anything with fairassets or even didn't talk to any person to o best of my knowledge but CIBIL shows enquiry
    What kind of company is this and what it has to do with me
    I will never ever deal with this kind of company looking at these unethical practices

        In my CIBIL report there is a credit enquiry for Rs 30, 000 which I never enquired. It reduced my CIBIL score by 15 points. This is fraud and I want it rectified.

            I never made enquiery in Fairasset credit card, but the company did an enquiry without my consent and also eat my 2points from CIBIL SCORE. it is showing in my CIBIL report. Please correct and revert asap.

                            I 've taken loan from faircent. My first emi will start from 10 th october which is 5849 /. I have got a message from faircent to pay 6446 on 10 'th october as my first emi. Kindly rectify it. They r giving me wrong message. Help me. Call me [protected]. I am facing a problem.                               At faircent i have invested some 25 borrowers out of whom some 15 borrowers have defaulted. Some did not even pay 1 emi. Faircent does not do anything about them. They just send some dunning letter randomly. But it does not help. They are so poor in collection. It is such a big scam for lenders.
                              They let the borrowers run away with lenders money. Faircent says they will file legal file against borrowers who have defaulted for more than 6 months. Some 10 borrowers of mine have defaulted for more than 9 months. But far from filing legal case, fair cent does not even follow them. I emailed about all of these issues to them many times. Called them many times.. They just say they will call them so and so. But they never do.
                              I would suggest anyone lot to invest on faircent.

                                My faircent loan account number is [protected]. I applied on 25 th july for amount rs 125000. I signed nach form and given cheque leaves five numbers. Before that lot of enquiries and enquiries on mobile by executives. They logged my loan slotted number. The app shows count down for 15 days. On 8th august it shows one day to go. But on 9th it shows again 15 days. For a loan amount after signing agreement and nach form how long they will take to allot loan more than a month. So i requested to cancel my loan loan application and return my cheques and nach form by email many times no response from their. I request to take immediate action.

                                  Most of the loans start defaults at the very beginning and some times even the first emi is not recd.

                                  They are just concerned with their business and do not have any judgement skills.
                                  I seriously wonder how rbi has grant the license when the first installment defaults.

                                  they are just cajoling and luring investors by promising high returns.

                                  two of my loans out of nine has defaulted at first and second installments
                                  the standard reply is that they do not guarantee but also they do not have any moral responsibility . i wonder who has allowed to run them a lending business where even the first emi is not paid back and one just runs away after getting the loan.

                                    Hi everyone i was applied a personal loan with faircent. The representative asked to provide the loan documents of my proof for verification. After i provided he says to pay some of inr 2300. After i paid he says with me sir our portal has rejected your loan and i will refund the money like. 5 days over still he not return my amount. Be aware of this faircent people please don't go for any urgent needs. Non trustable people. Attached my screenshot for better understanding.

                                      Beware all lenders: you are on your own and invest only at your own risk

                                      I opened a new lender account about 3 weeks ago and submitted all papers needed. I even paid the fee and transferred the money in the escrow ac.

                                      Can you imagine that there are errors in my account name, bank information and agreement. They can't even match the name to the documents submitted. They are not even checking the documents properly. There are multiple requests to correct my account, which have gone unheard. No response on phone support number and no response to submitted messages also.

                                      I have not come across such a poor response and support from any other online portal in my life. The crm, anupam agrawal, was not only not responsive, but was also rude. Not willing to listen would be an understatement, he actually shouted on me.

                                      Additionally, their phone support is not responsive at all.

                                      Given the circumstances, i would appreciate if my account could be closed and my money be refunded.

                                        I m yogesh from mumbai...
                                        I m getting a mail from faircent company. I m not taken any loan or i have not received any credits in my accounts from faircent co. Then why i m receiving dunning letter from faircent co.
                                        The faircent co. Doing harassment by mailing me dunning letter every month. Many time's i have mail to there company they never responded...
                                        Directly they giving warning letter to me... Means it is totally harassment...
                                        I have not signed any agreement of faircent if have signed show me the proof of my sign...
                                        I hope consumer complaint will help from this problem...
