Why are you taking away oyster match from esher to thames ditton?! I can only just about afford the oyster match to get home everyday and now you want me to pay double from monday?! I understand that fuell has gone up but my wages havent and now with the rising price of everything i will probably have to quite my job. As it is there is no service between 8am and 10am from douglas road so i already have to fork out for a cab to get to work every morning. Its like you dobt give a ### about poor people just so long as your pockets are full hey. Its disgusting and i hope no one uses your crappy service and i hope your company goes bust and you end uo being poor so you know what its like

As the bus didnt picked us... The ticket showed 2 times one was arriving time 11.15 pm and the other was 8.30 pm we were mistaken so we called the number provided on the ticket ...the guy who recieved the call did not answer properly and kept the phone...we tried a lot of times after that...but no one recieved the call...we were 5 girls, we waited for almost 2 hours ..no one picked the phone...worst customer service, the agent who booked was also mistaken for time . So we request you to refund our money back

I had booked a bus for 8:00pm from rajkot to jamnagar it is 8:45 and still there is no info about the bus the reporting number is not picked up by the authority please

We have booked 2 tickets from adipur kutch to ahmedabad sleeper ac which was got stopped on way and they jave arranged h k travel and shifted us from falcon bus as h k travels was too dirty no place for sitting and non ac seating bus
in such situation i want refund of full amount as my 1 hour was wasted bcoz i have another train to mumbai if i will not reach on time i will miss that train
on request we got seat for sitting but it was too dirty and massed and no covid protocols followed and people were sitting near by each other

I was traveling with Eagle's falcon bus from Ahmedabad to Rajkot and it too more than 6 hours to reach Rajkot.

This is very pathetic as it should have reached in 4.30 hours as per the original schedule.

While going from Ahmedabad to Vapi, I told the conductor that if the sound is coming from the window more, then solve the problem, then the conductor is saying that if this problem comes, it is of the daily.

The sound of the window is high. And the wind is coming.

So please solve this problem by doing it.

Bus running fron Panvel to Udaipur @ 12.05 to 6.20 is stopped from 3-4 hours. But they are not resolving the problem. They took 2-3 hours to call mechincal only.. Bus attender not answering customers properly... If they know it take so much time around 5 to 6 hours to repair, then u r responsibility to provide new bus arrangements to passengers. Even they are not bother for this also.

The same is telephonically informed at office of Falcon but office staff is also ruddly talking and cut the phone...

Me my wife & 6 months old baby took a terrible decision to travel in falcon bus from borivli to rajkot
First the pick up was 11.30pm but bus arrived at 12.45am and started at 1 am
Morning around 10 were were dropped somewhere in ahemdabad and asked to switch buses which is around 11 am and borivali head office and ahemdabad office person has no sense in talking to customers they just kept us on hold untill 11 and later agreed to give 25% refund or go in normal seater bus while we paid for sleeper volvo
They never wait for customers if someone is late but we have to wait till 2 hours for bus on road worst ever service i want my full refund for the problem i faced Also train ur ahemdabad sg highway staff to talk to customers we dont travel for free in ur bus

Today I have done booking of Rajkot to Jamnagar through Phone Booking, at the time of booking I mention that we will visit Big Bazzar stop . They have not provided ticket when we sit on bus, instead they asked to collect ticket from other stop. My Wife is travelling with small kids so it is very inconvenient to go down again at different stop to collect ticket. Also this information about collecting ticket at different stop was not at all informed by their Phone Operator whose name is Ghanshyam .

Bus timing is of 03:30 ( Rajkot to Jamanagar)

The chargers are broken so shouldn't be putting on amenities on website, if your are not able to fix it. Once bus arrived at Falcon office, there were 2 mini buses to take to relevant stops but the guys who were standing there to assist kept telling me wait 5/ 10 mins for another mini bus/van to arrive which will take you to satellite, I stood there over 30 mins and in the mean time a big bus arrived and 2 mini buses were full, then the staff told me to get on one of the buses and I did not even have space to get in as there were bags along the path.. in the end I had to sit with my suitcase on My lap..when I could have got a comfortable seat if I got in before the next big bus arrived

This is a highly disappointing experience. The falcon bus agent indicated that we will have to switch 2 buses to reach Ahmedabad. They dropped us early at wrong location. Somehow we managed to reach the right location post which we got to know that the timing they indicated was also incorrect. I need a refund.

I will not recommend late night bus of bombay to udaipur via vadodara. He is running late bus atleast 1 hr and 30 minute. when I asked to driver when it reached to udaipur regarding approx. time. but he denied to answer and tell me i will not give answer to any customer regarding last stop time and he show me the line stick in his cabin. do not ask timing of bus to the driver. This is really shocking line for customer. i seen first time in any bus. I observed that he is not ready to give satisfactory answer to customer when ladies is travelling from baroda to udaipur. Very rude answer by bus driver. Bus reached the baroda at 1:30am instead of regular time of 12am.

I am here to complain about a person whose name is nevil. I want to complain that the person is not talking properly with the customer and except for listening he is shouting at me.
I want to inform you that this not the behaviour or reputation falcon travels have, so I want that strict action should be taken against that person nevil, I called on this number[protected]

We booked this particular bus from paldi to gandhidham just because of washroom facility was showing and we boarded to the bus they say there is no washroom int his bus. The conductor yells like anyhting.

The bus at the first place was not of falcon, adjusted in some local brand, bad condition bus. Worst service and worst treatment by conductor and office staff. Had booked second seat from the front, but was fooled by saying that first seat is the second seat as there is bathroom in place of first. If tgat was the case, why does it show seat while choosing it online. Paid 850 for a third class condition bus. The seat was moreover stinking all the time and was very compact.

We choose Falcon for its service and space that it promises before booking on all apps. Covid or no covid, it is not legal to let more passenger than the seat available. Extra people were stuffed and the driver was horrible. Very disturbing and very noisy..

It was a very urgent journey and could not help it ..once the journey was started. Even after complaining the office people did not respond well. It was a hell of an experience.

I want my money back. I would go to every head office to make this complaint. Never ever travelling in this cheating company bus.

Ahmedabad to adipur Falcon bus RJ-27-PC-0699 was expected to reach adipur at 11/6/2021 12:45 pm but it still not reached even bhachao the primary reason for the same is undue delay by the driver and disobedience by picking up passengers in between the stations which is not permitted in a stage carriage .
