    I’m a female passenger. While i was traveling from bangalore to hyderabad, the lady sitting next to me left in between without completing the journey, due to which they had a vacant seat in bus. And when the bus halted at hebbal, they made a male traveler sit next to me.
    If this is how it is going to be, what is the purpose of color codes and gender preferences at the time of booking?

      While booking tickets from redbus i choose madiwala as a pickup point. But bus driver called me and asked me to come to another pickup point (Hsr layout). Well after completing busy schedules in office and to catch the bus from madiwala itself is very tough for me. But these un ethical operators intentionally mention the pickup points to capture the passengers and later they simply quarrel and cut the phone irresponsible.. And with very harsh behavior.

        I have booked ticket paytm through omer travels hyderabad to mumbai start time 8:30 pm thadban. 8:15 pm i got a call shaik faheem [protected] saying bus already started u go to afzalgunz in omer travels stop location. I went to afzalgunz i wait at 2hrs. Travels operator give this no.
        [protected] masoodh (Coordinater). They tell i call to 3times ur phone not connected i confused and i tell i have not get call ur side. They arguing tell come to nampalli omer travels. And finelly got bus at 10pm. They arguing and using walgaur words. Me and my brother not control we are also using walgaur words. They throw me & my brother we are also throw. They call some raudys, they doing job in travels. They beeten me & my brother. 1driver & 2cleaner all are drunk

              Dear I have booked ticket from Humnabad to Mumbai on 06th of may 2015 seat no-7 bus is about to arrive Humnabad at 12:00AM and it arrived at 2AM and they took passengers all the way from hyderabad to Humnabad there was no place to stand in side, when i asked driver & cleaner to make vacate my reserved seat, they told we don't have place you come in next bus, and one buddy arranged some other bus but he demanded 300 more rupees to catch other bus and thrown in last seat/laguage diky... and by the way i had to catch my train from mumbai at 1pm next noon, so i didt get any other way... please dont make fool to the costmer like me some one who is waiting for a bus 2hour in the midnight and if they wont get their reserved seat means what the hell you people are providing services... Please take some serious action on it...

                Respected Sir/Madam This is to bring to your knowledge that "Omer travels" Non AC bus running from Hyderabad to Pune runs overloaded. They pick up extra passengers from zahirabad and passengers sit down on floor and bus gets fully overloaded. At the time of coming to RTO, they ask extra passengers to get down so that RTO people don't come to know. I request you to please take strict action against this travels and cancel their licence as this is very risky and accident may occur because of all this. I also request you Please stop listing of such travels from the popular sites such as goibibo.com, redbus, etc Thanks & Regards Prateek Sharma

                hyd- shirdi bus has been stopped due to some technical problem with the irresponsible of driver, since midnight of 27-7-14 and the office staff are very careless even they know about the incident plzz take responsibility

                  I booked for a bus from Hyderabad to Pune dated 28th of August, 2014 through goibibo.com. However before 4 hours from the journey on the same date I received a call from +[protected] this number saying that the bus has been cancelled any contact with goibibo.com for refund related issues, I called goibibo and told them the issue, they took the complaints for further investigation. After 5/6 days I received a mail from goibibo saying that the bus has not been cancelled and the money will not be refunded. After that when I tried calling omer bus they are asking for call recording of that call. OMER travells is the biggest cheater and worst bus service provider. Please think twice before booking any omer travells bus.

                    i was book a ticket on 16.09.2013 from hyderabad to pune .the travels agency first they booked my ticket and after that when i arrived on kokatpally metro station for bus they told me that bus was cancelled on 9.30pm in night ..and they arranged another bus then exact timing of bus is 10.30pm but bus arrived on 12.30am in midnight till me and my wife wait on the road till 12.30am... after that they give me seat on end of the row means last seat and.. the bus driver is very bad..he running bus like as drinker driver..that night with very fear..because i think accident might be held.. so my suggest never ever journey with this travel agency ..never book the ticket with this travels.in the forest the bus was caught by police also in case of rush driving of driver..and they took challen for this... the driver of this bus i snot good Bus no 4605 Hyderabad to Pune

                      I had purchased a bus ticket for the night of Sunday, 5th May 2013, from Hyderabad to Bangalore from Sharma Travels, Paradise Circle, Secunderabad. Contact Person Akbar, phone #[protected]/27721051/66387555/66387587/[protected]. These people suggested that I use the luxury sleeper bus by Omer Travels for the requested journey. They took INR 1500/- from me as ticket charges (Ticket # OMER255812). However, this bus (Regn # KA 01 AD 1500) broke down 100 kms outside of Hyderabad and we were stranded on the highway for 4 hours. They made no alternate arrangements and the driver Rustom (Phone #[protected]) escaped saying his manager Wahab (#[protected]) was not lifting the phone. Later on, the highway patrol assisted us in boarding a local bus to the Kurnool Depot where we waited till morning to board a non-AC sitting bus for Bangalore, all this at our own cost.

                      Till date, neither Sharma, nor Omer Travels have any intention of refunding the money whatsoever. I will also report this matter to RedBus, MakeMyTrip and AbhiBus and others who entertain small time fly-by-night operators like Omer Travels. I request you to take strict action against these shady operators who think they can get away with anything.

                      Omer Travels - WORST BUS SERVICE
                      I had booked 2 Tickets for journey from Aurangabad to Hyderabad by Omer Travels Bus scheduled at 9.15 p.m. on 14th August 2013. The bus came late at 10.45 p.m.. The Head lights of the Bus were not working properly. Driver tried to get it repaired at Jalna, again the Bus was delayed. AC working failed from Jalna and Bus failed at Kamareddy. No alternate arrangements were made and I had to travel by APSRTC Bus from Kamareddy to Hyderabad by paying from own pocket.

                      Delay during rainy season can be accepted due to bad conditions of road, but they should keep the Buses in good condition. The defective Head lights of bus travelling in night is nothing but palying with life of passengers.

                        Five minutes before our reporting time, we received a call from Omer Travels telling us to come to a different bus stop. We were then waiting at the reporting location. Water bottles were promised although, they were only sold at a premium inside the bus to a captive audience. Though they say it is a semi-sleeper bus. It was more like a single seater bus. The worst part being, we purchased a ladies ticket and when we boarded the bus, there was a male sitting beside. When we asked them for ladies seats, they declined saying that no ladies seats were available.

                        It can be trusted that whenever you try Omer Travels, you will regret your decision. The experience will be nothing short of nightmarish. Please stop the operator from running their service till they optimize their service delivery systems and learn to behave. An earnest request from a citizen of the greatest democracy in the world.

                          Actually, I travelled from HYderabad to pune, IN the ticket it was specified the bus will arrive at 4:45 at lakdikapul , but driver asked us to come to nampally again , finally bus came at 5: 30 ...! I asked why the bus was late. THe said in online booking it will be specified like that only ( with rash words). During my travel , seat was worst... it was raining onme all the way... in the middle i asked to change my seat... they said , OWN YOUR BUS the go with all the facilties ( instead i am a girl ) they were using worst words. It has to reach pune around 7: 30 but it reach at 4:30 with worst driving . After reacjing my place, I realized that my purse with 10000 cah and mobile was missing from my bag. I called the travel agent and asked.. again they spoke very rash and worst words...!! Very Irresposible people... DONT TRAVEL IN OMER TRAVELS AT ALLL....!! VERYYY BAD SERVICE I EVER HAD...>!!!

                            Yesterday[protected] i reached night 11.45pm in terrific conditions, as i traveled Volvo bus is very unconditioned and proper seat is not alloted. my travel bus is held breakdown from boarding point to after 150 kms, the travel persons wouldn't respond and they didn't give fare refund and disarrange of alternative travel to hyd. Then i went to trouble i caught 3 vehicles and reached hyd at 11.45 pm yesterday it is huge waste of my time and money i faced big trouble in journey.

                            Please talk with booking point person its is not good thing of irresponsibleness they charged out of 900/- fare 1500/- taken, but they alloted last row seat it is very very uncomfortable to travel. I spoken with travel owner Omer travels but he is also non respond to arrange vehicle. I am planning put file to consumer court on Omer travels.

                              I have travelled through Omer travels where they have charged 1000.00 per person for a non a/c highly damed bus. It was very bad in condition so that all the passengers became we for a small rain. The condition of bus is very critical. Even they pushed so many passengers after all the seats are filled. When asked the same to driver they responded harshly towards us. They loaded luggage on the top of the bus with the help of other goods vehicle which is almost another 3 tonnes, which is Illegal.

                              Even female passengers in the bus got irritated with the other passengers who were sitting down the pass way besides them. I would like to take action against the travels for
                              1. Charging high amount for no servise.
                              2. Providing uncondtioned vehicle to travel more than 600 kms.
                              3.Pushing all the extra people into the bus even all the seats are filled.
                              4.They are very harsh to the passengers used all sort of abusive language.
                              5. They are not at all bothered about any one they even said you can complaint any where you want.

                                Hi,

                                This is to bring to your notice of the plight of the passengers and the inconveniences meted out to them by Omer Travels.
                                Problem started right from the boarding time. The so called conductors and coordinators are totally uneducated and idiotic and caused lots of confusion while boarding. They are clueless about tickets which are booked online and took too long to decide which bus the passenger needs to board.
                                Our journey started around 9:00pm. The Bus was as bad as the Bus driver – Mr. Arif.
                                It kept making all kinds of sounds and was swaying too much. Mr. Arif drove like a maniac and we saw many truck and bus drivers (coming from the opposite direction) shout abuses and waive their hands in protest. It was really bad driving.
                                We stopped at Zaheerabad for dinner for 45mins. An hour after we resumed journey, the Bus was stopped. It took a while for us to realize that it wasn’t a casual or a routine halt. Upon enquiring, we were told that the clutch plates got burnt and thus the BUS cannot be driven now. It was almost 400Kms from Pune. Time was 1:30AM.
                                Both the driver (Arif) and Manager (Jaleel) said that another bus was on its way in 30 mins to pick us up and continue with the journey. Though we did not believe them, we had no other choice but to wait.
                                A little while later we noticed that the Manager and Driver were packing away passengers in small Vehicles like TRAX and Toofan. Those passengers were forced to pay Rs350 extra. Whoever was in a hurry to reach Mumbai paid the extra money.
                                Others were offered to board another bus to Pune. But they had to go standing since there were no seats. The driver and manager (jaleel) were trying their best to get rid of all the passengers this way, so that they don’t have to arrange for another BUS. We decided that we shall not allow them to do so.

                                We demanded Jaleel for the contact numbers of his superiors / managers that he was speaking with.
                                I spoke with another driver who was honest enough to say that it’ll take 4hrs for him to reach where we were. He was coming from Pune. So we got back into the BUS and waited. But just 2hrs later, the driver and manager (arif and jaleel) tried luring few more passengers to get into Sumos again. They were very persuasive and did not want to hear us out. We had to literally shout at them to make them stop.
                                We requested the other passengers to stick to the decision made unless they were really in a hurry. The other BUS arrived at around 8:00AM. Now they were more of them, 2 drivers, 2 managers and 2-3 helpers. All of them tried arguing with us a lot, raised their voices and even spoke in threatening language to make us consider other alternatives. Basically, force us to take other buses or sumos and get going. But we still stood together and kept asking for the substitute bus.
                                Finally they gave in and arranged another Volvo Bus. The journey recommenced at 9:00AM.
                                But it was VERY inconvenient since there was no AC and since it’s a Volvo, the windows cannot be opened. It was the worst bus ride that we ever had.
                                We reached Pune around 6:00pm and were allowed to board another bus to Mumbai.
                                Totally time stranded = 7hours. (From 1:00am to 8:00am)
                                I request the management of OMER travels to look into these events. I’m sure this is not the way they want their passengers to be treated. We don’t appreciate being left at the mercy of illiterate, uncouth, cultureless and manner less representatives of OMER Travels (Driver and Manager)

                                  omer travels is a big fraudster.....i hav booked a ticket by visiting omertravel office in afzalgunj..on 11 nov...my bus was on14 nov 6 pm,when i went to thier office on 14 nov to take the bus with my luggage.they said my bus is cancelled...and they lied that they called me on my mobile..when enquired near i realized bus is not cancelled instead they are selling the already booked tickets at higher price...and to the people who booked few days before at lower price they are saying bus is cancelled...so by cheating passengers they are making money....and they hire gunda type workers to fight when any body complaints...when i book a ticket to Mumbai...i have payed 500 rs extra for the same seat of mine which i booked on 11 nov 2010...in my case they dont even called...when i went to their office with my luggage ...they said my bus is cancelled...they can arrange a seat for me if i pay 800 rs more...i dont had any option...after a big quarell they says i hav to give them 500 more.i had no option other then to take the same bus by paying 500rs extra.... request evrybody not to use services of omertravels...they are big cheaters and fraudsters...strict action should be taken on them

                                  omer travels guys are pure ...i booked a ticket to chennai from hyderabad ..i paid 1100 for non AC bus...when i went there they said that bus was cancelled and they asked me to sit in the floor of another bus and travel to chennai...i fought wid them..they said they cant do anything..so i was trying to leave...they just pulled the tickets from my hand and left...so tht i cant launcha complaint...pure ..

                                  Below is my situation, which I travelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad with OMER TRAVELERS.

                                  I belive OMERS TRAVELERS are . "Ashok" who was representing OMER @ Bangalore Megestic office was trying to help people arrange with the seats & asked me to forcifully getup from my allocated which I unfortunately booked it through RED BUS.

                                  He asked me to sit on the seat which was behind, was booked by some agent and the customer visited the agent personally.

                                  He said that Tickets which were booked through internet were given second priority.

                                  When I objected to this and tried to call RED BUS, Asok did not retun my ticket which he had snached from me. I did not have RED BUS number with me to call either. When still I objected for not comfortable sitting on the other seat Ashok & other 2 people from OMER travels came to beat me.

                                  I asked for my refund so that I will walk away, but they said that its a Online booking and they cannot retun my money.

                                  I was totally in a panic and pissed away situation --got sandwitched between RED BUS & OMER.

                                  Unfortunately I could not get down also, since the bus was moving they were not allwoing me to get down.

                                  Nothing to do, I had to travel, Dont know when these will be caught by Police. I beleive Cyber police need to act on this.

                                  CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE PROCESS TO CONTACT CYBER POLICE...
                                  I agree ..if you check on redbus the costliest bus service is Omer and when you enter the bus it is no different and sometime worst than kesineni, kaleshwari, jabbar, diwakar, dhanunjaya and offcourse HKB .

                                  Omer travels keep waiting till 11th hour to expose there seats to the travel agents like redbus..
                                  One more thing they don't provide any support to their bus in case any thing happens to the bus ...I travellled standing in another bus for 3 hours because one of the Omer bus got some problem ...Never use this ..Use the best travels like kesineni, kaleshwari, jabbar, diwakar, dhanunjaya and offcourse HKB .I am a regular traveller on HYD-BNG route and I have faced and heard a lot of stories of Omer bus ..
                                  The best thing guys we can do is call redbbus and rate it poor..I know this is not enough but this is what we can do the least to save other passengers ..I have already done that ...Now its you who need to do that ...
                                  I was travelling in the month of feb 2011 from hid to Bangalore.the bus came 2 hours late and broke down after jadcharla.the replacement bus came only after 7 hours.can you believe I reached home about 10 hours late.d
                                  ihave being travelling from aurangabad to hyderabad by Omer travels , for the same i had booked the ticket from redbus.co.in, but during travel at my boarding point bus operators initally refused to except my ticket as justifying that online booked tickets are not valid, later they found that for same seat two to three tickets are booked and finally the made arrangement where we have to sit in cabin or passage or two persons on one seat. same issue i have immediately informed to Hyderabad customer care they had some discussions but matter was still not solved. and finally i have to travel by sleeping in passage.

                                  Really they are big cheaters and fraudsters...strict action should be taken on them. there license should be cancelled.
                                  WORST WORST WORST travels. i have booked through online, but no bus was arranged on that day from hyd to banglore.and they dont give the correct contact no.s also in online(abhibus).
                                  I bought a ticket from the web from Red Bus with Omar Travel from Hyderabad to Goa, Panaji. The ticket cost 1750 rs and was said to be with AC. I met at the pick up point at 6pm, and I was taken by car to the bus, which showed to be a very old one with no AC. As I was the only passenger in the bus, I had to wait while they put on some diesel and drove a round to pick up more people. After a couple of hours we started the journey and arrived in Panaji at 2:30 pm the next day. After the plan we should have arrived at Panaji 8:15 am. So we were 6 hours and 15 minutes late according to the scedule. Of course I will not ever buy a ticket from this compagny again. Kirsten

                                  I have to be present for Interview on 9.30 am of 11.07.14. Accordingly, I have booked for Omer travels on 10th July, due to its arrival time i.e. 6.00 am.

                                  1) But when I went to Aurangabad, and contacted given no. Which was outdated and goes to another travels office.
                                  2) After reaching to location (different than given location), bus came late by 45 min.
                                  3) They forcefully drag to in one bus for which I didnt booked.
                                  4) That bus arrived at Hyderabad on 12.30 pm (6.30 am late).
                                  5) Since, I thrown out at interview due to late coming.
                                  It is very very upset situation for me from the heart and I have strong emotions.
                                  The loss incurred to me will not be compensated.But this type of service will punish a lot for any other people also.
                                  Therefore, it is my complaint reg. wrong information, wrong bus, bad service etc.
                                  This is for your kind action please.
                                  the most worst bus service do not go for omer travels all are cheaters, at least they won't give respect to the passengers, they are money eaters, brain eaters

                                    Dear Support,

                                    I have booked a ticket to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore in Omer travels date of journey : 09/09/2010 (website : www.redbus.in). The fare of the bus journey is too high Rs 700 for a non A/c bus service

                                    Detailed Description of the coplaint: That travel company has 2 busses one with karnataka registration and another with andhra pradesh registeration Bus type non A/c 2+2 seater (they dont have permit for other state)
                                    one bus starts from hyderabad and another from bangalore as they dont have permit both the busses meet at ananthapur at nearly early morning 4:30 am and the bus operators will ask the passengers to get down from the boarded bus and to board in the other bus then the both busses return in the same way which it came and this is causing the very nonsense to all the passengers and creating disturbance to their sleep.

                                    That too they are charging 700 rupees for the normal 2+2 non A/c hitech bus which is not worth more than 400 rupees

                                    In general a A/c Volvo bus fare costs around 700 - 800 rupees from bangalore to hyderabad or vice versa in all the Genuine bus operators

                                    So I request you to take a proper and necessary action on the bus operators who are causing very inconvinience to the customers and providing a worst service being paid a huge fare.

                                    Guys never use Omer bus and rate them poor if you book ticket through redbus ...that matters ..
                                    this is all true. i hate omer travel. i went to bangalore from hyderabad once. i booked my ticket from make my trip . com . my seat number was 'E' . there is a wooden seat at the end of non-A/c bus in omer travels, that too is only for 5 people, but he took money from 2 more guys and asked us to adjust. when we refused, he said ''get down of the bus and call your make my trip, and take your money back.'' :[protected]@

                                      I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad on Omer Travels for one of my family members yesterday night. The ticket cost Rs. 1435 for an A/C Volvo Semi-Sleeper. Below is the list of problems we had faced.

                                      1) The scheduled departure was 7PM at Marathahalli. The bus didn't come till 9:30PM. We waited till 9:30PM as the trip was important and we cannot step back.
                                      2) The bus that came was in an utterly bad condition. It was a A/C Volvo bus however
                                      3) The above bus took us to majestic, where they were asked to shift to a Volvo bus with windows sealed and no A/C. As a result, there was absolutely no ventilation.
                                      4) When they complained to the conductor about a non A/C volvo bus for the price of an A/C volvo bus, he started blackmailing them saying "if you want to travel to hyd, get back into the bus"
                                      5) The bus broke down in the middle of the night somewhere between Hyd and Blr, they had to wait for more than an hour before it started again
                                      6) As a result of all of this, it's 10AM already, and he hasn't reached Hyderabad yet.

                                      We learnt a lesson not to go through Omer Travels again. I strongly advise you not to take his buses. There is lack of commitment on his side. Caused a lot of trouble.

                                      I took trouble in writing such a big complaint. Hope you understand and get a better deal somewhere else.

                                        I HAD BOOKED FOR BUS[protected] PNR PZERUR FM HYD TO PUNE DATED 01/03/2010 NON A/C BOARDING POINT NAMPALLY, HYDERABAD.
                                        THE TICKET IS BOOKED THROUGH THE SITE MAKEMYTRIP.COM BY PAYING RS.1300/- OPN MY CREDIT CARD.

                                        WHEN WE REACHED BOARDING POINT NAMPALLY, HYDERABAD, WE WERE SHOCKED TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO NON A/C BUS AT 16.30 HRS AND M/S OMAR TRAVELS INFORMED THAT THEY WILL ADJUST US IN SOME OTHER BUS. THEY TRIED UPTO 18.30 HRS AND INFORMED THAT WE WILL BE ARRANGED IN A BUS FROM ANOTHER BOARDING POINT AT KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD. THEY ARRANGED IN ANOTHER BUS FROM KUKATPALLY, HYDERABAD AT 21.00 HRS. WE WERE MADE TO WAIT FOR 4 1/2 HOURS.

                                        THE VERY PURPOSE OF OUR BOOKING EARLY BUS FOR PUNE IS DEFEATED. WE HAD TO ATTEND IMPORTANT OFFICE WORK AT EARLY HOURS ON 02.03.10. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS INORDINATE DELAY AND THE PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ARE NOT INFORMED THE STATUS OF THEIR DEPARTURE. M/S OMAR TRAVELS REPRESENTATIVE AT BOARDING POINT GAVE EVASIVE REPLIES THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG BOOKING, WHEN THERE IS NO NON A/C BUS WITH US AT 16.30 HRS, AND WHEN THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN BOOKING THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. THE TOLL FREE NUMBER AND OTHER NUMBER OF MAKE MY TRIP.COM WERE NOT ACCEPTING THE CALLS.

                                        PLS GIVE US DETAILS OF THEIR CHANGE/CANCELLATION OF THEIR SERVICES AND IF THERE IS NO SUCH NON A/C BUS AT 16.30 HRS, WHY THE SAME IS MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE BOOKINGS. WHAT ABOUT THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO THE PASSENGERS, WHO HAVE BOOKED THROUGH UR WEBSITE. THE MENTAL TRAUMA CAUSED AND PASSENGERS MADE TO WAIT FOR 4 1/2 HOURS ON THE ROAD.

                                        AWAITING UR REPLY IMMEDIATELY AND IF OMAR TRAVELS ARE HAVING SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE, EXPLANATION BE CALLED FROM THEM
