The bus is not comfortable.
They charges full amount from paldi to gandhidham... 750 rs.
And AC not working properly ...
And also adjust 4 people in 2 seat... its reduces...🥵 i hate this bus... i have so many excuses against the bus... i can't explain

    I along with my wife booked a ticket from Mundra to Ahmedabad on 14.03.2021 vide booking ID 46HXQJ7J and PNR no[protected]. Following are my concerns:
    1. The bus departure timing was 09.30 AM. However, I received a call from [protected] & that person informed me at 9.00 AM the departure time is 09.00 AM. However, I didn't get any message about this change.
    2. Some we rushed and reached Mundra bus stop and after reaching to bus stop at 9.05 your representative i formed that you both have to travel in Maruti ECO up to Gandhidham.
    3. The maruti ECO was not having AC running and seats were uncomfortable. While requesting to switch on AC, he informed AC will not start.
    4. After reaching to Gandhidham, your representative Mr Rathore informed that the bus is yet to come.

    Overall experience with Falcon was very poor. I booked the tickets after viewing your ratings. However, I am disappointed and request you to kindly look in to the matter seriously for sustaining the business.

      Dear team,

      Highly highly disappointed I was travelling from rajkot to jamnagar ticket was booked bus time was 7:40 it was late by 20 min n being it 8:30 now almost 1 hr and am standing at stand all alone I will complain about this with higher authority

          Yesterday i was travelling falcon travels bus from ahemdabad to bhuj, bus no is
          RJ 27 PA 9907
          When i reached bhuj, i found my luggage was missing then i complain bhuj falcon travellers as well as ahmdabad falcon travellers but there is no satisfying response
          So there was first chance when i was travelling this bus service but i'm very disappointed falcon bus travellers...😒😒 very worst service😓😓

            Mumbai To Himmatnagar on[protected] PNR is[protected] Bus:RJ-27-PC-3899.
            This is my 6th time journey with falcon mumbai to himmatnagar I am always traveling with falcon due to his best service but this time my experience is very bad .I book my ticket kashimira to himmatnagar but the driver and attendent telling again and again only you are the passenger for Himmatnagar my route is different and long and all and convenience me to give drop other station and take taxi from there to himmatnagar and in early morning they drop me at vadodara and change my bus and told me within some time that travels give u seat but still himmatnagar that travels not give me any seat or sleeper ..
            I am travel from vadodara to himmatnagar by standing bcause that bus is full and rest passenger board from Ahmedabad ..i[censored] can't drop the passenger to location station then why u take booking in costly fare ..
            I wish my money back bcause I have trouble to traveling and haresment..

              The persons who are working in falcon at SG Highway are cheaters and liars. The company should change staff. And give them some training to serve customers.
              Now the complaint is that that we have booked 3 tickets for the date 15th. Then we booked additional ticket For my brother by mistake in 14th Instead of 15th which was Transfer later on call and they have confirmed that they transferred booking 14th to 15th. Today at the time Of departure they denied my brother to sir and they asked us for new ticket booking and we have booked. And they behaved very bed today. Who the hell that person was. Rubbish service. This was our last trip if we didn’t get refund which was taken by cheating. Its not about money but it is now about Respect.
              Get our refund done and get the hell lost that person who is working in SG highway office.

                Hello, we have booked ticket on 14 th at 11:30 and then we canceled as we had to book on 15 th, which was booked on telephone and they transferred ticket booking from 14 th to 15.
                Today at the time we were come for departure they were not agreed and take money for today’s booking. And the behaviour of that person is not at all acceptable. The worse experience of service. This is not only about money e.i. 550. But it is about why the hell the person once transferred our booking and then denied for the same and behaviour was terrible. I thought Eagle series was very good. But this falcon was worsened i had ever faced. This was cheating and you all are may be cheaters in faclon services. The way person behave with my family was not at all acceptable. We are travelling 4 people today by faclon. But this is for sure that it is out last trip with falcon.
                Please revert with dignity if you all are having.

                  PNR-35623 round journey was cancelled due to technical error of bus by falcon yet to receive refund for return tickets.

                  Even if there was no technical error they won’t refund the amount . Today we faced issued here was terrible and it was our last trip as the person are working in falcon are cheaters and liars. They are not deserving respect as they are not giving the same to their customers. They may be forgot that Eagle Faclon not the only one transport service in this world.
                  refund as been processed via paytm as per our records on 24/10/20

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        We are regular customer to use the falcon cargo service on daily basis our roll is dispatch from ahmedabad and we receive the same in pune. Yesterday 4 rolls were dispatched from ahmedabad with lr no 23/38448 with to pay price of 800/- rs and today we received the roll and also received new lr builty with 1000/- rs with todays printed date and time. Pfa for your reference both the lr copy.
                        This is literally cheating...
                        This the last time we will be using falcon service, i would also tell my fellow business partners in the pune timber market and market yard to discontinue falcon cargo service.

                            Journey from nathdwara to mumbai started on 15th sep 2019 at 4:00 pm in volvo multiaxel sleeper bus rj 27 pa 9905.

                            In midway bus was breakdown 120 km far from a'bad at 9pm on the highway. There isn't much support after contacting support team multiple time. After so much arguments with operator they sent seating bus and mechanic at 2:30 am which is almost 5:30 hrs after and the bus was also not in good condition. Operator asked to board the bus and travel through it to mumbai and while denying operator asked to take the refund and manage rest of journey on our own. Which is next to impossible as on highway it isn't easy to manage for all the passengers? So we have boarded seating bus but every passenger was feeling uncomfortable in bus. Again after many arguments after reaching at ahmadabad at 5:30 am operator has send another ac scania sleeper bus at 6:15 am. And we boarded third bus in single journey and delay of almost 7hrs. This is not enough to suffer so bus driver and other staff has started to take non ticketed passenger from ongoing highway and while we oppose him and asked to not stop bus further more as it was already running late the driver has started using abusive language with improper behavior and was so rude & they were not listening.

                            Finally after passing all these through we have reached to mumbai bandra after 24hrs by boarding 3 different buses, whereas as per the schedule its 13 hrs journey only. So very hectic journey it was made by falcon. Moreover after raising complaint and asked for the compensation for such bad service falcon management is also not ready to listen or provide any compensation.

                            Worst experience ever, after paying high amount of ticket we don't expect such bad service.

                            I suggest, please don't travel on this bus. They charged high but the service given was not up to the mark. Worst!!!...

                              Worst Bus Service. We had board our bus from Pune for Ahemdabad. Then the bus driver said in Mumbai that we have to change the bus. Then we all passengers changed. The bus was terrible.
                              It's old, broken, no blanket, no water, no charging points & bus was not at all Bharat-Benz which was mentioned at booking time. It's the Local bus, full of jerks.
                              We complained at Borivali office of eagle falcon. But the behavior was so rude & they were not listening. So we called the Police. Thanks to Mumbai Police.

                              I suggest, please don't travel on this bus. They charged high But the service given was not up to the mark. Worst!!!

                                Had booked falcon bus from baroda to pune for my parents dt 16.8.19
                                1. Some ppl were already sleeping on their seats when they boarded
                                2. They were made to change buses in mumbai causing lot of inconvenience to all passengers
                                3. We booked this bus bcz it had toilet but toilet was in miserable condition
                                4. Charged 1800 per ticket for such pathetic service, bus was also not a luxury one.

                                  My booking was from Ahmedabad to Udaipur and the bus met with an accident . The bus operator didn't took any responsibility for the drop of the passengers . I begin a female raise a question that at that point of time I was alone at that highway that too at the dawn time " Was it a really safe journey for me ???? " After that the conductor told us that we'll get a refund and now the bus operator is refusing it
                                  It was a really horrible journey for me

                                    I have booked tickets from ahmedabad to indore for date -12/05/19time was 8:45pm in falcon travels, from 8:30pm to 11:30, pm they have told bus will come, it's late by 30 minutes, then i got dirty bus, bus sheets are smaller than normal, what i have seen in online it's totally different original fare of this bus is rs 800, while we paid 1200 for bus in side lower front sheet, they have give back sheet, please call and inform me what action has been taken otherwise i will go to consumer forum,

                                      I had travel from mumbai to amet with my family and it was memorable because the thing i saw in the bus was worst then the state transport bus wherein people were filled like animals after charging so much for the ticket and when the thing is brought to notice to the management team they were rude arrogant and started abusing saying do whatever u want to no one is going to help u i[censored] want to complain to the authorities do it i will see to it. This is how he confidently reply. Since this was my first journey with falcon and if this is the service they provide then i will request other people to book in other buses rather than booking in falcon

                                        Journey was from banswara to mumbai on 14dec 2018, journey started as follows:
                                        1. Bus arrived at banswara to pickup passengers at 5pm.
                                        2. Bus stopped at godhra by pass road at 9pm due to bus failure
                                        3. Bus was awaited at the same place (Godhra by pass road) upto 4am i. E 15 dec 2018.
                                        4. After that mechanic came and bus was started and then bus ran for 45mins ahead and it stopped again.
                                        5. Then their was no action taken upto 9.30am in morning (15th dec 2018).
                                        6. Bus reached in mumbai at 11pm on 15th dec 2018.
                                        7. Journey of 12hrs was covered in 30hrs.
                                        8. I would request to get the refund of this amount as we have lossed most of things on that day.
                                        9. Driver and manager of the company was also not cooperating properly.
